They tend to buy pay-as-you-go service, which in the cellular world is known as no-contract service, although anytime you hand over any money to a business, you are entering into a contract. American-style two year contracts which include a device are rare in Mexico, as most people have no credit or bad credit. Because a substantial percentage of the population work for cash off the books.
If chicas are getting new numbers every 3 months, it is not because their contract expired. They can always reload at Oxxo and keep their same number. They are getting new numbers because there are people they wish to avoid. Or if a chica was gifted her SIM card by someone else, then loses her phone, Telcel / Movistar will only issue a replacement SIM to the named account holder.

I want to thank everyone that helped me out with info. I had a great time and I'm already planning my second trip! I really need to relearn Spanish. Right when I parked I met this dude (now a friend / bro) who was basically my guru. He made sure I got to the right places, told me where and where not to go, gave advice on good places to go for all kinds of things, talked to border officers for me and even negotiated a taxi for me. Also they didn't not ask where I was going at all (but my guru did all the talking).

Hotels are very important. That goes without saying. We should share more info so folks don't learn the hard way. I'll share a bit on Hotel Rio Rita: super polite staff, awesome balcony overlooking Revo, sleek modern rooms and more TV channels than you could ever watch. Girl friendly to boot. Notice how I said girl as in singular. The first puta is no problem. She registers at the front desk and she comes to your room, easy right? The catch is once you do that you're done. She can visit you as much as you want but you cannot register anyone else.
Hotel Baja is not somewhere I'd stay more than a night but it is a perfect fuckpad. I paid 680 and you can parade in an endless number of chicas no questions asked. I think the front desk guys enjoy it because it breaks up the monotony for them.

Couldn't tell if it was open. I definitely plan on hitting it up at some point. I've had some maduras eyeball me at Pulgas, but I've had the best luck in Copeo. I met this one earlier this year there and repeated Sunday morning to kick off the day right. She's 5'4 and 115 pounds, which fits my ideal parameters along with the paler skin tone and not too big of boobs.

What age range are you in? I'm around 60. Not in horrible shape. But don't know about picking up a 20 something in Copeo. (although a group in Green Witch invited me to go to Conteiner with them, then one bitchy one with them started cock blocking because "he's like 40. ").

Just go to the front desk and check out every day then immediately check in. That way you'll have an entirely "fresh" reservation with no puta visits recorded. It won't help if you want multiple putas on the same night, but it will allow you to have a different puta every night.

I prefer to it Copeo, mainly because more hot college age civies prefer it to Copeo. The ratio of hot chicas is noticeably higher than Copeo. Beers are a bit cheaper too. Pre-covid, a bucket of 12 domestic beers were $150 mx. The layout if prefer too. Copeo is not a bad place but Conteiner is hands down better in every way except for location.

I'm not sure if I've been to Green Witch, I probably have, but in Plaza Zapato I just tend to walk into bars that have chicas without looking at the name on the sign. For those of you that haven't been there, it's a plaza near Plaza Rio full of small to medium size bars and clubs, maybe 30-35 of them. It's okay, but I prefer Conteiner.
And if a random group invites a gringo to go to another bar, a likely motive is that they expect you to pay for all the drinks and cover if applicable. I probably would have declined, unless one of the chicas showed obvious physical interest in me. I've had numerous experiences where 20 year old civies were genuinely smitten and enamored, and also times where I could just tell I was invited just to pay their cover charges and drinks. It's easy for me to tell now which makes the decision easy.
I like your idea but most places require noon checkout and then check in is 3 p and sometimes as late as 4 p. I may just revert back to Ticuan where I can bring in chicas galore, albeit one at a time.
I went to Tijuana to eat, drink a bit. Nothing open in san Diego. I ended up spending a lot money, but that's ok, for 7 trips to Tijuana I took a lot money and didn't spend it. Covid aside, I 100% think they hotel set ups are more private and much better, not to mention the street girls double when bars are closed, a lot guys are in these places now due to not being able to hit up other countries and Mexico being only thing open. Revolucion street looked very empty, empties I've ever seen it, even got yelled at by a waiter on revolution street for using 2 separate 100 pesos for a bill that was 120 pesos. These Mexican waiters are grumpy it doesn't matter if its strip club or family restaurant.
