Artemis FKK is overpriced because they do not have competitors. Berlin has PartyTreffs, GB parties, flatrate clubs, but they are in a different league so do not compete with Artemis.

In NRW there are a lot of FKKs competing each other so they have to push the price down to remain competitive or will be out of business. Also, they get helped in revenue from people coming from Neighbouring countries such as France, The Netherlands, Belgium, who could do drive to that areas during the weekend. I wonder why FKKs business owners in NRW do not seise this opportunity and do expansion in Berlin?

Berlin is on the other side of Germany. Not many local Berliner, local people or people from neighbouring countries will be visiting Artemis, due to the overpricing structure. But they got enough tourists, distance travellers, as Berlin is one of the most visited tourist destination in Germany.

When I want to visit FKKs (not for other businesses) I will not go to Berlin, I prefer to travel to NRW or Frankfurt Am main areas.
