Blk pearl providers are greedy. Most girls leave promptly after the deed or stay up to 2 hrs. At her discretion. Most elderly and budget shoppers won't mind the limited quality. Honky Tonk claimed to have only 1 girl that wasn't my taste the entire day.

My guess is that the aftermath of the imminent elections will offer a higher than usual potential for violence as well. There has never, in the history of the country, been an honest election, but this one is more fractious than most. At least public arguments.

Thanks for the information guys. Well, two and half years ago everything was great there. In Raymond St. There were four and in A. Santos six to seven short time bars. Penthouse Hotel was already there though. Then I went home and the raids happened. When I came back short after that only one bar in Raymond St. Was left with only two or three girls. A. Santos not much better. Also further up in Perimeter Rd. With Matrix Brawn and Nifty's it was a nice change. I know that Matrix Brawn's closed, probably not reopened again. What about Nifty's and the other one there? Do all bars in Raymond St. And A. Santos ask for 1000 for short time nowadays?

This Visa logo is one, and another common one is Plus, [URL]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plus_(interbank_network)[/URL]. You can find the same logos, and others like Cirrus, on ATM machines. Match the logo on your card with that on the ATM and you have winner. Now, this last bit is important: before you leave for the Philippines contact your bank and inform it you will be using your card in the Philippines (and elsewhere?) for the specific dates.

You ought to also ask about the fees you may incur, such as international ATM fee and foreign transaction fee. In some cases a bank may waive the international ATM fee if you ask or if you maintain certain minimum balance. Too difficult to exhaustively cover each bank and your particulars, so it's best to contact the bank's CSR.

First bar on left is always empty, second bar (Rio, old name) is the one, but as said, quality even down further. Used to be 2 or 3 do ables, now that's a hard ask. Varies of course, might be OK when you call. Those bar raids left their mark.

[/QUOTE]Unfortunately it's not always that simple. Even when the logo on your card matches the one on the ATM this doesn't automatically mean you can withdraw money.
My bank's debit card was only accepted by a limited number of ATM's and the last time I was in the Phils, about a month ago, I found out it wasn't accepted at all anymore!
I tried many ATM's from many different banks and not one of them accepted my debit card anymore. Fortunately my credit card was still accepted and I was also able to send money to myself by Western Union.

I contacted my bank in my home country and they told me the Phil banks had technical issues and there was nothing they (my bank) could do about it.
So always be sure you have a backup: cash, credit card, Western Union, etc.
