(see image) [/quote]i really don't like soi 7/1. its the true walk of shame in sukhumvit i reckon, as what would a farang legitimately being doing in soi 7/1, other than very "laa-mok" (lude and crude)? strangely i feel more embarassed to be there, in the very low class soi, than taking 2-3 girls back to the hotel room (which is a lot more habitual) , as my girls at least look well above average. i am more embarassed to take a really ordinary looking girl back.

soi 24 is much closer when i only have 30 mins to play up. gf would not suspect anything when missing for a very short time, as she knows how leisurely i can be.

Safety / Security are an interest to all women, Asian and non-Asian, but women differ in their definition of S / S. In most Chinese / Thai relationships I am familiar with, the woman manages the money.

I think there is still role definition here and the man is expected to take charge outside the home and the women inside the home, but again, change is afoot. I am amazed at how many of my gal's friends have relationships that are starting to mirror what we see in the West, and these are Thai gals with Thai men, both who are working and earning decent money. I am afraid the next generation of gals will not be so "accommodating." Sad in a way.

Acceptable command of English, fun to be with and she takes good care of me when I visit her in Thailand. Easily the best thing that happened to me in recent years: beauty and brains combined.
