Taxi Van
I have been taking purple and red taxi van by 4th & Ninos Hero's. But I have been unable to find how to take the white & yellow taxi vans to the border. ? I asked by 3rd & Madero st. But they directed me to 2nd st. I just wish there was current map of taxi vans in Tijuana.

i was also noticing last night that Uber prices have doubled or tripled recently I was looking at the Uber app and fare was $6.59. Earlier this it was only about $2. Uber prices is now roughly the same price as taking Taxi.

So Christmas eve no ubers were working I guess so price is high for me. But it could simply be 5 pm to 9 pm on any day. Or going home Fri. Sat night at midnight. I found that taxi bus at 9 pm, it had stopped right in front of that oxxo or 711 across the street from McDonald's. 15 pesos, and you need to know when to get off as it doesn't pull up to the border. So there's some walking. HK being closed causes extra $$ drain from losing the $3 tip limo option, to no free drink with VIP card.
