If a girl does a quickie and returns to the bar, there is a good chance the bar will make still more on drinks & another bar fine that night from the same girl. Angeles bar owners and girls absolutely refuse to set a cheaper short time rate, why should they when they can get away with charging the full long time rate while delivering short time.
On a very well known Angeles forum that has many bar owners as members they nearly linched me when I suggested introducing a cheaper short time rate.
As far as runners returning to the bar to secure more customers / drinks you bet this happens and of course the bar owners encourage it, more money all around, the only one who loses is the punter.

Some guys are only in town for a weekend or have deep pockets and want a hottie. The short time bar lineup is limited so that won't work for guys who hate repeating. Plus even those bars have followed suit and hiked their rates within the past year.

The 'barfine' is your payment to the bar for taking the girl out on a date, not for sex. There is a wink and a nod to everything in phils.

Can also fish through the off duty bar girls that are looking for third helpings or who did not secure a date for the night at High Society to avoid the bar fine. Girls run 1-2 k but since the party starts so late a FL could negotiate a deal at 3 AM and complain at 5 AM she has to get back to her family. Still cheaper than the bar fine. Hi So girls may not have STD paperwork. Older gents may not like the party atmosphere. Yes you are correct to state that bargirls are employed as GRO, s, not bargirls or prostitutes, and right there lies the problem.
From the moment money changes hands for that GRO to leave the bar to go anywhere with the paying customer even without having sex then the law clearly states that the girl comes under the humanly trafficked laws.
I am not sure that saying I gave the bar owner, Mama a nudge and a wink when I left the bar will hold any weight with the scumbag arresting officers who's only concern is to scam the highest pay day possible.

You are correct, bars accepting bar fines are illegal and come under the same traffic laws.
When most bars were raided, owners, managers, mamas, girls arrested it was conducted by an undercover agent handing over marked money for a barfine, as soon as the money changed hands the bar was raided.
So yes bar owners wanted to distance themselves from trafficking so for a while they tried the pay the girl route.
But regardless of who one pays at the end of the day as soon as money changes hands the crime has been committed and because of the severe penalties involved here is where the police have the opportunity to gain big pay days.
Just last year a pinay in Cebu city was charged with trafficking for arranging girls for foreigners, guess the cops there are more honest and did not give the pay out option to the pinay.

The fact is, as with everything else in the Philippines, corruption is the primary endemic driving force. The law is used by corrupt parties as an opportunity to get personal money.
Flexibility gents. In AC I BF a perimeter girl around 8 pm. She was hungry but didn't want to be seen with a foreigner so we got on the jeepney to the Jolibee at friendship. This is a newer Jolibee and not so crowded. Once we finished eating we we return to my hotel by Jeepney.
The girl was rather new from Samar and a bit shy. Lights out and curtains drawn. She had a clit that I had never seen before. Like a quarter inch skin tag hanging on the outside top of the fold. Foreword I am not going to write long reports this time. Just a very brief summary of my trip. Those who might be interested in details, please PM me. That way, I can keep the riff raff out and play my part towards keeping the forum clean.
(03 May) Day 5 The trusted Roy picked me up at noon and got me to AC in just under 2 hours. Fortunately, there was less traffic. Checked into Lewis Grand, took a shower, shaved and left to find some pussy on Perimeter by 1500. Few bars visited, picked a 22 yo from Firepit and had a good time till 2000. After she left I went straight to After Dark to meet a regular. Brought her back for the night and let her go the next day at noon. This one rocks my world every time.
(04 May) Day 6 Lunch at Tequila Reef. Met Illusion Heart here as planned. Together we went to Perimeter again. Stopped by a few bars. Slim pickings. Managed to find a 23 yo spinner at Ice and brought her back by 1600. Let her go after a couple of rocking sessions by 2200. Headed out to WS. First stop Kings Landing. Illusion Heart has already written a report on Kings Landing a couple of days ago, so I won't waste time.
(05 May) Day 7 Woke late and got some essentials fixed for the stay. Laundry, supplies, etc. Illusion wanted to go to Ponytail, which is not to me tastes, so we split. Illusion picked a real beauty from here. I am sure he will follow thru in his FR. I left after a drink and headed to Viking by midnight. In summary, despite all the negative reports about AC over the past several weeks, I think AC still has plenty to offer for the average monger. Even discerning ones will find their choice, albeit a bit more effort will be needed. Prices in WS seem to have gone up. Quite a few bars have a tiered pricing structure ranging from 2400 to 3500 peso. Perimeter prices are insulated in the 1500 1800 peso range. Prices of drinks also seem to have crept by 5 10 peso. Kokomos should hand over the running of the restaurant to someone competent or else pull down the shutters. Yes, it may be sad but the truth is Koreans own the town now. I had read about reports describing runner incidents and now that one has happened with me, I implore you all to keep a watch for the signs.
