Police raid puts the heat on the Hell Club
Just after midnight on Wednesday police based at the Pattaya station raided the premises of the Hell Club, located in Soi LK Metro in south Pattaya, where they arrested 13 Thai ladies and a Mr Jack Daigle, a 48-year-old American national who has been described as the owner of the establishment. Police were apparently alerted to the premises after allegedly finding information on the internet whereby the Hell Club offered potential patrons sexual services of a high standard and catering to all kinds of tastes. Inside the club they uncovered a veritable Aladdin's cave of plastic sex toys, sexual enhancement pills, a variety of gels and enough condoms to prevent a rubber factory from ever going broke. Back at the police station the 13 ladies were tested for drug use and five were found to have recently ingested methamphetamines and charged with class 1 drug offences. Police have sent their video and still camera footage of the raid and the impounded goodies to the Banglamung licensing authority for their comments, and will also be checking the license of the establishment.

42 people arrested following raid on insomnia club on walking street.
insomnia club located on walking street is a popular late night venue but in the early hours of saturday morning they received some unwelcomed visitors, namely a team of police officers from chonburi provincial police led by police colonel tirapong, the deputy commander of chonburi provincial police. a group of pattaya police officers were also in attendance to assist in the operation. the raid took place at 5.30am and there were approximately 500 patrons inside at the time. all were checked for the presence of narcotics in their systems via [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109][CodeWord109][/url] checks and 40 patrons, 34 women and 6 men failed the test and were subsequently arrested and charged with consuming class 1 drugs. two men accused of supplying class 1 drugs were also arrested at the scene. the manager of the venue was also arrested and a report will now be sent to the banglamung district licensing officer who must also consider the fact that the club was open well after its permitted time.

Rocket a-go-go, located on Walking Street upstairs at the South side of the entrance to Soi Diamond, was always a decent place to enjoy happy hour drinks for 50 baht while watching a somewhat mediocre lineup of girls shufflling about on the stage -- until tonight it was.
I walked in at 8:30, ordered a gin & tonic, and noticed that I was only one of about two or three other customers. When the girl came back with the drink she handed me a check and wanted me to pay 150 baht right away. (I NEVER pay that much for a drink in Pattaya) Mildly shocked, I waived her off, told her I thought it was happy hour, said I didn't want the drink, and stood up to walk out of the bar. As I reached the door, I could hear her behind me raising her voice, and before I was halfway down the stairs, I was surrounded by 4 or 5 Thai goons blocking my path and demanding 150 baht.
I calmly told them I didn't want the drink and asked them to get the tourist police. This made them start to squirm and break off eye contact with me, but they still blocked my path and kept insisting that I pay the bill. When I told them I visit their bar often and thought it was happy hour, one of them -- a big sucker -- told me they changed their format a week ago. "Now we have pussy show," he explained, "you know, girls shoot darts and smoke cigarettes with their pussies." I responded that I don't like those kinds of shows, and asked again for the police.
Well, to make a long story short, the big one lowered his demand to 100 baht. I wasn't going to make a scene over $3 bucks, so I handed him the money and told him I would never visit this bar again. He shrugged his shoulders and took the cash.
I knew this place was hurting for customers, but I never thought it would be turned into a patpong style ripoff joint. I didn't think there were any such shit holes in Pattaya. This makes two bars now that will never get my business again -- Rocket and What's Up, where I was treated rudely some months ago.
It's no great loss for me, as there are hundreds of good bars in Pattaya. I walked the short distance over to Heaven Above, enjoyed a 50 baht happy hour drink, and finished the evening with 2 more 50 baht happy hour drinks at Happy, where I'm always welcomed with open arms and the girls are far better to look at. Live and learn.

again it may not be sound as I rented a beater once and never again. Honda are reliable but some other brands are hell on wheels. Dont expect the electric starter to work (foot crank start the norm), expect it to konk out every so often etc.
Just rent a better bike and insist on a good lock for it.

They actually run the gamut from early twenties to mid thirties, with a few older ladies thrown in. Of course, as with all Asians, they age VERY well, and some of the ladies in their thirties look like teens. I've noticed something this trip that I've not seen before. Many of the parlors will have a nice looking young girl acting as a tout out in front, and when you say that you do want a massage, the cute one will walk you inside and try to hand you over to some old hag that is in the back. They use a rotation system so that everyone gets a turn. But if you stand your ground, and point to the one you want, you will get her. Business here is really slow, and I know that the young, attractive girls are just doing their part as practiced in their culture to have utmost respect for their elders. This is their perceived system of social security!!!

I was really only disappointed once, and that was at a parlor called intermassage, I think. It's on 2nd road behind walking street. Yep! That's the purpose of my report -- to tip off my friends about a place to avoid, and to get a small modicum of satisfaction for being ripped off. If only one punter avoids this bar in the future, Rocket will lose at least the same amount that I lost. If hundreds of guys stay away, that place will feel the pain that they should.
I toyed with the idea of telling the thugs that I would report the incident on this ISG forum, but decided that the warning would be ignored, so I kept quiet.
My pa-sah Thai is still nit noi so the confrontation, on my part, was polite and in English. I hate fighting.

I'm told that this sort of thing happens all the time in the upstairs joints at patpong in Bangkok, but I was surprised that it happened here.
The best thing to do is to avoid these joints when you find out about their scams. I think I got a rather cheap lesson.

I tried that tourist police stuff last night but it didn't work. A couple of drivers kicked us off a couple of baht buses because they wanted us to pay 100 baht to go from Soi 13 to Soi 8. Why the hell would I pay the baht bus 3 times more than I would a taxi? We finally got one to accept the regular 10 baht fee.
As for the Patpong Hustle. I took my dad to Patpong a few nights ago because this is his first time in Thailand. I knew what we were in for. The tout took us to the first bar and there was no show. I started shouting saying there is no fucking show in here I am leaving. So he calmed me down and took me to 2 more bars until the last finally did a show on request asap. I had gotten kicked out of this place once before when I was with friends. I had warned them against entering but they insisted.
So with me and my dad. The manager brought us 2 Heinekens and the bill cup with no bills. I asked how much for the drinks and she said 100 each then scurried off before I could take out money to pay. I promptly put 200 baht in the cup and waited for her to return. We were enjoying the show and being bombarded by ping pong balls out of an older lady's pussy until the manager finally came back 10 minutes later with a card on which was written "Drink: 300 baht, 1st show: "can't remember", 2nd show: 1300 baht" I handed her the cup with the 200 baht and she chased us out of the bar. We had a good laugh then went over to the Kangaroo Club for blow jobs.

I did this one time and was quite relieving, specially watching the reactions of the girls (smiling), when I spoke not so nicely with their boss. (Not something they can usually do.)
