Not a direct relationship..
Less tourists going to Thailand doesn't mean the amount of women remains the same. In fact, they will hear there are not sex tourists and they will stay in Isan. There might actually be a much worse ratio now and make it less pleasant to "vacation" there with the girls. They may flee Bangkok for Pattaya. But if Pattaya becomes an "issue", too. Then who knows?
Less money flowing into their economy is a lose, lose, I think. Not a win, lose.
