Fastest way is to grab a motorbike taxi (about 100 baht). Otherwise, just a short walk to 2nd road and get the baht bus (20 baht for two people).

Soi Chaloem Phrakiat (the street next to Soi Lengkee).

So, I guess the question is, for someone with my kind of profile and Hispanic or Brazilian looking guy, what's the best time to go to say a place like I Bar or Insomnia or other dance clubs? What are my chances with the freelancers in general (statistically speaking) and any other clubs besides Ibar / Insomnia that I should hit?

I have RTTF quite a bit, but still don't quite know what to expect, as I am more of freelancer guy and in Latin American countries I stay focused on the Latin Cupid girls, even though I am not Latin American and don't speak Spanish either! LOL. I generally go to Latin Countries with about 25-50 contacts that I develop ahead of time via Latin Cupid! LOL. And usually when I meet these contacts at a dance club they seem to also find me semi attractive and I score 95 % of time, and without ever talking about money ahead of time.

So, for someone like me, what do you recommend as a strategy for Pattaya? Thanks guys. You seem to very successful with your time in Pattaya, which is why I ask.

Of course, I could always go to a soapie or a go-go, and money is not a problem (well up to say 5-6 K a night for partying.) But I actually prefer to find semi pros and freelanccers and when I find good ones, I generally hang with one for say 2-3 days, before I switch. I tend to avoid real pros and I also tend to be quite picky and stick to under 23 and have not had much of a problem in dance clubs even at my sorry age! Haha! I prefer young girls who like to drink and dance intensely for hours .....

If you go any earlier then they will be empty. Don't know how you will like Insomnia. It is like hard techno and EDM with a lot of bass and a lot of flashing lights. My 43 year old heart and eyes can not take it. But iBar downstairs is good. You don't really dance at iBar. Hence the "Bar" in the name. There are many discos and all are free to get into so just go to all of them and decide which you like best.

I would say your chance with freelancers is 80%. The reason being is that a lot of chicks just want to party and drink with their friends sometimes. A chick in 808 told me the other night that we would leave together at 4:30 but when the time came she wanted to keep drinking with her ladyboy friends.

Your best bet is to find someone who is alone. Then I would say your chance is 100%. After wasting my time with that chick I took one home who was alone and had asked me to leave with her earlier. When the other girl saw she told the girl not to leave with me because I am a bad man. (A lot of chicks know me and come up and talk to me in the club so the chick assumed whatever.) Since then though the chick who did not want to come has been hitting me up on Line. The chick that did come is in the picture. She was really fun. 1000 baht LT as usual.

.....[/QUOTE]You can check out I Bar / Insomnia about 11 pm. Since you are coming during low season, it may not be crowded at 11, but there are usually plenty of girls there by that time. Plus they continue to come in all night. If you do arrive at 11 and it's not to you liking, go have a drink or two at one of the nearby bars and scope out the ladies coming and going. You might find one walking by and get her number.

Some of the other clubs don't get going until after midnight. Especially now in low season.

You shouldn't have any problem finding something. Lots of ladies to choose from and new ones coming all the time.

I don't care what anyone else says but I think you're a straight shooter and a stand up guy. BTW, I did check out some of the YouTube videos about Ibar and Insomnia and yes, the techno and trance stuff with the strobe is a bit too much for me too. But some nights I am fine with it only cause in London and Paris they tend to have a lot of that crap and I've gotten used to it.

And yeah, I noticed on YouTube that Ibar rectangular shape is not too conducive for dancing. But, from what I saw 808 seems to be a better fit for me, certainly the music seems to be. Any other suggestions nearby so that I can walk up and back on the same night? Also, was thinking of getting the VIP Card at Insomnia. Ibar. It is worth it? Seems like if I go there 10 times it would more than pay for itself. Since I don't like to drink beer and only Bacardi and Diet Coke, with the discounts looks like I would break even in about 2-3 nights? I plan to pretty much emerge only at night. Except for real massages daily and maybe a soapie on a few days, before some great Thai lunches. I don't like to drink before 11 pm because I like to keep going past 4 am and I just enjoy dancing like a crazy dude. LOL.

I would recommend: 1) Go to a nice go-go bar at 11 pm. The reason is that 90% of the action at Insomnia / I-bar is eye contact in the first 3 seconds of walking past the girl, so your unconscious mind must be thinking about nothing but sex. Not how you are dressed, what drink you will order, where to go dancing: just sex. This is achieved by looking at naked bodies for 25 minutes (time for one drink).

2) Get into Insomnia a bit before midnight. Then your first drink will be half price. There isn't really that much dancing going on at that time, it's more like a bar with loud music. Make one round, if no action go down the back stairs to the I-Bar and do the same. Don't force the game, let the game come to you and happen by itself. I personally pay more attention to tables with 2-4 girls. They are definitely on the take. They go out together for mutual protection. Is this guy a creep? I'm leaving with him now, is that OK? There's always one girl who gives the OK to the other before she leaves with you.

3) Take girl to disco of her choice and dance. That warms her up and then when you bring her back to your hotel and bang her she will be very responsive.

So my strategic recommendation is not necessarily to pick up the freelancer in the place where you are dancing, but to do it the other way around. In fact, I always chose to go with the semi pro ones because I like to stay in charge. When you are with a WG who has not lost all her inhibitions yet, it always helps to start with some pleasantries. Plus if you are like me, I am for the entire experience and not just banging a vag. Don't get me wrong, when I am in that mode, I will choose a battle hardened WG (mainly because I have little choice at that point of time) and fuck the shit out of her.
