Also you might want to check the Tijuana news each day and see how many girls go missing or are found dead. It's not just sex workers, and it may not be perfect but HK does what it can to make them safe. Why do you think more girls work at a place like HK instead of being escorts or go on X? They feel more comfortable and like to see the person before going up with him instead of blindly walking into a motel room were you have no idea on what to expect.

I do too and that's why I visit and stay in Cascadas Mon or Tues evenings however the rooms I know about previous deaths I do not want to stay in.

Now just have to figure out how to avoid $30 wine bottle scam but someone posted in here that drinks price list in the back next to soap girl bar. Much easier to steer a chica away form $30 wine bottle if can show meteor drinks prices posted.

The girls are encouraged by management to ask for wine. They're also incentivized by getting credit for 3 drinks that goes toward their drink quota. (instead of credit for 1 drink if they order a beer).

On the other hand, there is zero incentive for the customer to buy wine. You buy a beer for $12, or a wine for $30. No difference for the customer. As soon as they drink either one, the waiter will immediately ask you to buy another. After you sit with the girl for 15 minutes buying 3 wines, you've spent $90 on 3 drinks. And for what? Nothing. The wine it a total scam. Every customer that buys wine is getting ripped off and HK is laughing all the way to the bank.

I used to buy wine all the time. It got ridiculous. Now if I'm asked to buy wine, I just stand up and walk away. I say nothing. As I'm walking away the girl will say, "okay, I'll get a beer, I'll get beer". I just keep walking. The girl is now sitting there with nothing wishing she had not asked for wine. The waiter also doesn't get tipped because he didn't bring anything. In that scenario, they both lose. But to me, it no loss. There are 100 other girls standing around hoping to earn money.

If more customers would simply walk away when asked for wine leaving the girl and waiter with nothing, they might be hesitant to continue asking for wine. I've bought so many wines in the past. I'll never buy one again. When HK comes up with an incentive for the customer to spend $30 instead of $12, maybe I'll consider it. For now, it's a complete rip off.

So true Red Baron! Is easy to get suckered into it and usually for me no matter where I go it is almost always my 1st attempt to pull a 'date' not so much cause I'm in a hurry but off guard especially if I just arrived into a place and had been traveling.

Happened to me in Costa Rica last trip when I first arrived to my hotel (Castillo), dropped my bags then off to walk to a nearby restaurant open later (Sportsmen's) when a fat tummied working Ho inside Castillo shanghaied me following me saying things to make me feel guilty for trying to brush her off. So Ok you can come with me to dinner at Sportsmen's and she not real expensive to give drinks or food to but back in the room changed the contract from 2 hours for $125 to only 1, $125 for 2nd hour. No way San Jose, paid her to leave after the 1st hour. Has been like that in HK for me also. 2 of the last 5 gals there I had to send packing cause they wanted $ up front. No way Tijuana! But when you get the good outweighs the bad.

If you don't want wine just say "beer only". They aren't forcing you to get wine.

1) You aren't looking good by buying expensive drinks. It just makes you look like a sucker and a target. The "wine" is more than likely some kind of piss water.

2) If the girl shows attitude over this, imagine how she will be in the room. Let her go. This is actually a good way to ward off the sharks. In fact, any time I see a girl sitting there with one of those wine glasses, that is a strike against her in my book.

3) If you find it difficult to say no when the girl / waiter try to pull this scam on you, I would suggest you search for a backbone.

Any chica who orders wine, I say no. If she pouts, she's sent packing. Any mesero who brings wine anyway I refuse to accept it or if he places it on the table I hand it right back. If this simple approach is too much for a monger, then he needs to grow a pair pure and simple.

As a matter of fact just say bottled water for the girl. If they try and charge you 30 dollars for the water get up and leave.

Here is how you do HK now to avoid all the scams. Get your google voice number for what's app. Write your number down on the inside of a bunch of matchbooks like the old days. Tell each girl to come to your hotel for 150 for an hour. 150 is now the going rate almost for escorts anyway. You will get better service and avoid the 40 dollar room fee, and 12 dollar drinks, dollar robe fee, dollar cum boy, and 5 dollar breathing Tijuana air fee. Do all this while they're standing. You should get a 20% hit ratio.

(you might get away if you deal with the security guys with bribes) Also no need to write your number on a matchbooks, you can exchange numbers in plain sight to put in Wapp with no issues.

I just wonder if you feel scammed with every business you go to? If you go to a sporting event and get what they charge for things like parking, food, drinks. What about the prices at a movie theater, and now how much restaurants or even fast food charges for things.

Like others have said you can control the issue by just letting the girl know that you don't buy wine so it's her decision to drink with you. Just walking away because she orders a wine with no explanation on your part seems very childish to me and you might think she is wishing she had ordered a beer but with the way these girl mind works she's just thinking of you as a cheap person and she's better off not wasting time with you.

As for the part about girls ordering 3 wines in 15 minutes I think you might want to learn Spanish or somehow find a way for the girls to talk more. I have yet to be with a girl that didn't order a wine that lasted at least 20 minutes. Last girl sat with me for pretty much her whole shift and only bought maybe 8 or 10 wines.
