Therefore, buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for his Interest Rates to return to latter Biden Administration levels, which means sellers under duress have to lower their asking and selling prices to close the deal.

However, that same high Trump Mortgage Loan rate problem prevents many more people in need of housing to rent instead of buy.

So rents increase in desirable areas.
