I have to concur with Steve9696. Scandallo is probably the best place on earth. The luxe interiors, social vibes and the ambiance of high class debauchery in the air is really something to behold. Sushi was one of the best I've ever had. Was there earlier this month and it was absolutely heaving, due to some "transport fair". Had to wait an hour in line for a room at 4 am. Crazy to fathom the amount of money being spent here, although I think this night was an outlier.

My first time at Scandallo I saw too much of the silicon, plastic pros, however this time was a lot more GND, youthful beauties present. Even on a busy night, was quoted 1500 mostly, zero negotiation, just showed 1000 on my phone and they all agreed, so 1000 seems like the going rate. Had a threesome with two random girls I picked, they didn't even know each other, but so enthusiastic in bed and great chemistry. Got their IG's and they're both influencers types, with 80 k followers each. Crazy. Not a fan of So Paulo as a city at all, but Scandallo will definitely keep me coming back.

From what I've read a card may get hacked unbeknownst to the business where you use the card. It's just that the business's security set-up was leaky. If you walk around with just one credit card (instead of at least 2) it is recommended to keep it wrapped in aluminium foil.

TIA![/QUOTE]Balboa has replied. Cover is about 14 USD with one drink. Most girls will ask for 100, some will ask more. It starts late after the show on the first floor, after around 1 AM the last time I went recently. The majority are not attractive to me. There are plenty of working girls one can find all over the city so it is not really dead but it is not obvious. It probably is not worth it to fly to BA for mongering unless you just want to check it off your list.

BA is now probably the most expensive city in South America to visit after the changes made by the president this year. Airbnb is still reasonable.

So it is important to see them complete the transaction on their app. Once I got out of the car without paying because I was used to paying by credit card. I tried to contact the driver to pay him but got no response back.

The two card trick is actually worthwhile, there is just a slight problem with the hacked card. It had no contactless pay function.

57 Friends is an undiscovered gem if you don't like the clinica scene. It’s a chill bar with a pool table and onsite rooms. Yes it's tiny. Yes there are only 5-7 girls. But they are all friendly and slim and very doable. It's a great place for some daytime fun. Probably not your only activity but I hit it twice during the week before going to pricey Scandallo. Girls here are 300 R / HR. Yes. $52 usd.

Casarao remains a great late night pick. From midnight onwards. Tons of girls. Many arguably as pretty as Scandallo but just a regular bar atmosphere of mostly locals. And at 500-600 R half the price. So def a great option as your main go to if funds restricted or as the late night option after Scan.

A helicopter ride with your girl in Rio is a must do at a modest $350 usd. Stunning and she will be forever smitten.

The Caipirinha remains an amazing drink. But only in Brasil. Have elsewhere at your own peril as they suck. But in Brazil they are great. You really must have one (but they are strong so beware).

And what were they accepting? Did you try to negotiate at all?

I haven't gone any places yet but a regular of mine was here today. She gave me some intel that could be useful if you stay in Itaim. Banana Cafe is apparently a well-known pick-up place. My girl was adamant ALL the girls late in the day (as from dinner-time) on weekdays are on the game. The only exception is Sundays, when girls come for lunch. The Sunday lunch there is known in Portuguese as "hooker's lunch". Banana Cafe's website gives no clue whatsoever.
