i decided on a sunday to check out two spots that tung mentioned are open on sundays (noches de paris, and blondy.)

noches de paris: avoid this place like the plague! this place serves up poon with a side of hepatitis on a stick! this place is just plain nasty!

i got there around 9pm, and paid like $2 to get in. i then went straight to the back, where i found an open table. this table had a pile of limes that looked like some homeless bugger had eaten them down to the peel, and then some.

allow me to paint a picture for you. on my right were a group of boys who appeared to be gay. i know of no man who dances like they danced. in fact, one of them was wearing a g-string. i had the unfortunate pleasure of finding this out when one of them tried to pull his pants down (it wasn’t like the guy was trying too hard to stop him.) anyways, there were about 4 of them, and 2 girls were dancing with them. to this day, i’m not sure if they were working girls or if they were friends of these guys. every chance they got, the guys were trying to take the girls clothes off (successfully i might add.) one of the chicas was a blond, who stripped completely naked while dancing. i would’ve done her, but i left my condom body suit back at the hotel. i also would’ve been in need of a keg of isopropyl alcohol. the other chicks that were there were downright beastly looking. just hideous to say the least.

at that point i had had enough, and left to check out the club next door.

blondy: blondy is definitely a step up from noches de paris, however that obviously isn’t saying much. it is much cleaner looking, however i still saw people spitting onto the ground. that said, i shudder to think what their rooms look like. there were only 2 women there who were doable. one of which would require two beers to be doable. the other appeared to be some guys girlfriend. i tried to make eye contact with her, but there was nothing doing since he kept holding her tighter each time i looked over at her.

i have a 15 minute rule in effect. upon arrival, if i don’t see a girl that i want, i will wait at least 15 minutes (15 minutes/ficha.) if i don’t see a girl that i like after that (i usually wait until 30 mins) then i will leave. i waited for 30 mins here before leaving.

long story short, none of these places are worth visiting. however, if you venture out, it costs about $2 to get into each of them, which gets you a beer or water. this review is by someone who did not have beer goggles on when they visited the aforementioned establishments.

after leaving blondy night club on a sunday, i had a horrible time trying to get a taxi. as a point of reference, i’m black. i waited about 45 minutes to an hour for a taxi. none of them would stop. since i was standing under a light, i could see that most didn’t have passengers (although some did.) some would slow down like they were going to give me a ride. however, after they saw that i was black they would immediately speed away. adding insult to injury, a couple taxis stopped to let people out to the chongos. they sped away quickly as soon as the people got out of the taxi, although they had just seen me trying to wave them down. this just happened to be one of the colder quito nights.

i finally got a ride from a taxi driver, who was black! in fact, he was the only black taxi driver that i saw in quito. he basically explained to me about the racism there. had it not been for him, i would’ve had to walk back to gringolandia. needless to say he got a $20 tip that night, and i never went back to south quito.

that said, i did not have problems getting taxis in other parts of quito at any time of the day or night. in fact, if i was walking, they would honk at me to see if i needed a ride.

For those of us not living on a tight budget, I would HIGHLY recommend Café Rojo. Café Rojo is the chongos chongo. It has an EXTREMELY clean lounge area, with an ample supply of doable chicas. At my count, there are 15-20 chicas there. 1-2 are not doable. The rest are doable depending upon your taste of the day. A lot of these women are tuneadas (too-nay-ah-dahs: they have breast implants.) There is no negotiating needed. Fichas are $20, and that’s that (approximately 15 mins.) This place is ran like a club, with a bar and a DJ spinning the hits.

I would recommend that you call the girl over that you like, buy her a drink or two and see if you’re compatible. The sessions are better if you talk to the girl first. I don’t think I saw anybody buying girls drinks, however it can’t hurt. After visiting this place, I would never go back to Club 122. This place has a TON of rooms. I mean a TON. However, it seems that each chica is relegated to a certain section of the club for some reason. I will admit that between Ecuador and Colombia, there appears to be a shortage of decent bedding material.

The first chica I sexed here ended up being a bad experience. She was lazy, so I had to do all the work. In the end, she told me that time was up and that I would have to buy another ficha if I wanted to continue. Because of her, I didn’t go back there for a while. That was a mistake. The other women that I was with didn’t rush me, and didn’t speak of a time limit. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the stopwatch chica.

Speaking of which, if a girl is from Ecuador you will probably have to give her a tip in order to get some pictures. They, for obvious reasons, don’t want pictures of themselves floating around in areas where they were born and raised. $5 should do the trick if you promise not to take a picture of their faces. Some won’t allow pictures regardless. Colombianas on the other hand just don’t care.

Entrance is $2 I think. That gets you the right to enter paradise. You have to pay for all of your drinks. Water is $2, so I can only imagine what the price of beer/whiskey is. I would say the best time to get there is around 4PM. That seems to be the time when the most chicas are there, however there are doable chicas there from the time they open, until the time they close. This is an upper scale (as far as Quito goes) establishment, so dress presentable. This place is literally a stones throw away from the airport, so you can check your bags on your flight out, and then catch your last "taste" of Quito before leaving.

Excellent reports Juanjo ! Just a few comments:

1. Drinks in Cafe Rojo are 3$, beer, whiskey, aguardiente etc.
2. I use Club 122 as a "screen test" and then get the girls number for "private" events later. Works very well and costs a LOT less then a bad 1 hour call girl (50$ minimum in Quito). Plus you can screen 2-3 girls per visit for less then 30$, taxi included.
3. Many of the girls that work in Cafe Rojo do stints in 122. High volume compensates for the lower ficha price.

For my taste, the visual quality in Cafe Rojo has improved over the last few weeks, but since I made the (tasty) mistake of attaching myself to 3 specific girls, I can't say I tested service levels.

I am glad you are all having fun in quito but 15-20 fichas are a little excessive whereas in guayaquil there are plenty of doable women all for 600 pennnies.
