I always thought how could any sane expat live in AC but I enjoyed myself so much I could actually imagine the possibility. There is no place like AC, Makati, Cebu, etc. Those are the places I know vaguely but yeah this last trip to AC gave me much joy.

I booked a flight back to the PI and it was under $600 from northern California, just had to do it, 19 hrs both ways, not bad.

Almost like the bigger cities are copying the Phukets model. Treat every guy like a dumb tourist and squeeze every baht you can out of them while giving almost nothing back. I spent 10 days in Pattaya (mid April) and I tend to focus on gogo girls. A casual analysis would be a third of the time I receive a quality performance, a third of the time they were lousy fucks and the other third they just wouldn't perform. My mo is I prime these women up (same as in BKK) W / bar hop, food, shisha pipe (which most like and I find it to be an aphrodisiac) and they just tire out or change their minds.

My luck in the big cities was terrible. In BKK walk into The Thermae and there's a ton of young hotties but they won't look at Mr Westerner. Angelwitch has always maintained this "deal with the girl" MO for years now. Another one where I had this experience a couple of years ago was Eruption (mid town).

Disclaimer. I still don't subscribe to all his thoughts and still think AC is a place where one can havea ton of fun.

Okay, they were not BIG by western standards, even non-enhanced western standards, but on her petite frame they did stand out. A drink was procured. Not a lot of valuable info, but as was previously stated, a decent recreation of his night. Any other monger would have a totally different experience based on many other factors.

I first visited AC in 2006 or 2007. In the last 3-4 years, I have been going to AC 3-4 times a year, each time for about a week. I distinctly remembered the 'No Barfine' days when I had to purchase a bottle. I usually took it and gave to the night security guard of my hotel. In the last 2-3 years, about half the time, I was told to negotiate with the girl directly. Then I would say about 60% of the time, I paid the girl in the morning when she's leaving. I only do LT because I like to cuddle with a girl in my arms when I sleep. That's almost as important as the boom boom.

Reading the reports here, I consider myself very lucky to only have one runner in the last 3 years. Actually I was glad she ran as she was a bad performer anyway. I suspect that most of the girls, and especially the Mamasans and waitresses, remember the regulars. So if you have never given trouble, have good manners and tip properly, you are not perceived as a threat, I. E. You are reliable. So if you intend to visit AC regularly, be nice to everyone, the bars, the hotel staff, the security guards and bouncers.

I don't like to buy drinks for waitresses and mamasans. I would whisper in their ears asking them if they prefer a drink or a good tip. They always said 'tip'. I would give 100 p to 300 p depending on their service and attitude. It's only US $2-$6, which is nothing to me but would mean them paying their rent or buying food.

I also had only one girl telling me she's on mens. She even offered to let me look. I said no thanks, I trust you.

BTW, I always wear a polo shirt and Columbia long pants, a nice cologne, and my hair combed. I hope to continue to have good luck in AC.

Have not been to AC for six months but continue to be in touch with my "friends" from various bars. I am reliably informed that some bars intend closing one day a week due to lack of customers. In fact recently, one prominent bar (close to phillies) went a full night last week without a lady drink being bought all night. Thats right, not a drink for any dancer or waitress. The girls are becoming worried and restless. I might just have to return and help these establishments out. BB.
