It's as if you are saying he should get several hours of her time for free. If she was unwilling to to have sex in the morning, or decides to leave in a hurry, I too would dock her payment too. It depends on circumstances and what has been agreed to.
It wasn't clear to me in the orginal report that he was refused the sex in the morning. He merely stated that he didn't get it before she had decided it was time to leave. I had guessed he merely did not request it at a reasonable hour. Girls are not expecting LT to last till lunchtime. Some wish to leave early and some don't. If the girl needs to leave excessively early she should warn the customer before the LT is agreed to. I have been caught out with girls wanting to leave early before I got to my 2nd round.
Obviously I do not pay for one round the same as I would pay for 2 rounds, but requiring her to stay the night probably deserves some payment. Most of these girls only do ST for 2K, I would say.
My best bargirl, sometimes would stay all night, if she is very sleepy. Other days she would offer instead not to stay the night, but to return to knock on my door for the morning round of sex at some agreed time. She would then get the rest of her long time money. I would call those girls "desperate", lacking in self esteem, or they really fancy you. Perhaps you didn't express it well.
Many girls are happy with what I give them because they know I am fair to generous, and reward for effort and a good time. Doesn't mean they don't care how much they get. Sometimes negotiation is just not necessary. They are mostly happy to keep repeating except for the ones who really don't like sex much.

For me, guys go to "Ignore" only when I deliberately do it. Actually there was a different guy recently who was much more annoying than even H444 to me. Fortunately I have ignored him very effectively, since I can't now remember who it was. I guess he went away.
Its been harder to forget H444 unfortunately since he gets discussed so much.
