Any ugly man waving 1000 peso notes around and throwing pesos onto the dance stage is suddenly young, handsome and very, very popular. When I went to Ermita in the vintage days, same story. About 6 months ago the cheapest BF at a gogo on WS was about 2400 pesos or almost twice what you are hoping to pay. And that is the cheapest one at typhoon. Some of the others are easily 3000-3500 pesos or about $65-72.
