There's a link to a pic taken sometime in the early '60's, based on the cars. It's from Constitucion(?) looking down 2nd. No dirt roads there, and no chickens. The Internet is full of old Tijuana pix. Easy to verify.

You can't believe everything you read because the BS stacks high but unfortunately false information and gloating are passed around frequently.

Been reading around this forum for a day or so. Pardon me if it's already been often answered (or if this info is stickied somewhere), but if I'm getting this right. The girls in Mexico are often tested, so they are usually a little bit safer than say the escorts in the USA?

Well, I thought I would do a quick trip report on Cancun here since nobody goes to the Cancun section. Number 1 this is not a major mongering destination. It's a beautiful place with a lot of activities outdoors which I did. That being said, I Arrived at the airport and uber is banned. Expect to negotiate about 500 to 600 pesos each way. Uber is also banned at the hotel zone, so I used the red bus up and down the strip for 12 pesos. Really good deal. I tried what other mongers said was the best massage parlor out of a weak lot. That was healthy body spa. It was a joke. They had 4 girls that I wouldn't touch if you paid me. It looked like a lineup from a crappy Brazil apartment lineup. SA was dead and too much work for me. There were a couple girls that wanted 300 dollars on there. I passed. Tinder was a dud.

All the action from what I saw was on mileroticos. Plenty of action there and agencies are all on there for around 1500 pesos. I went to the party zone in Coco Bongo area. It's a zoo. Great for drunk college kids but if your older its loud and sweaty. The barkers there are relentless. Its non stop. Makes the barkers in Tijuana look like amateurs. I found one Barker that spoke good English and asked him to show me every strip club in the area. They were all 20.00 cover and empty of guys. They haven't figured out to drop the cover and fill the place up. Every strip clubbed I walked in I was attacked or stared at by every girl in there since I was the only guy. They said it would be around 300 dollars for a girl including the room so I passed on all the strip clubs. This is a strange Mexican business model of high prices empty stripclub and no thought of lowering prices. Knowing I could go on mileroticos and get a girl to my room for 1500 pesos made the strip club scene a non starter. Food was great. Water was beautiful. The hotels were a pain in the ass to bring girls in. I didn't go to PDC. Brazil is still the best beach mongering destination and best overall. If I were to do Cancun over again, I would have rented a hotel away from the hotel zone that was girl friendly, and taxi or bus it to the hotel zone when you want to see the sights.

Girls get tested but there are also a lot of girls who slip through the cracks and do not get tested. Testing for STD's does nothing since a girl can contract something the following day then won't get tested until a month later.

If you are worried about STD's MONGERING is not for you. NO SEX is 100% SAFE SEX.

I am historically a frequent traveler to Montreal and Frankfurt, and would be happy to provide info for those destinations (however US travel is closed to each for the foreseeable future).

I just prefer to make decisions that reduce my risk. Seems to me that since this stuff is legal in Tijuana, is regulated, and enforces that women are tested. That it's safer than in the USA Most people would think otherwise, but I've met so many ladies that wanted BBFS. Which is definitely not my thing unless we get tested.

Legalizing prostitution would make things safer in the USA Would, IMO, make things safer for all parties involved.
