Here's a simple solution that has always worked well for me--find a girl you like and explain to her what are looking for. 9 times out of 10, she will know where to get it, usually within five minutes depending on where you are hanging out at. I was in MDE from Jan 20 - Feb 7. The first part of my trip I stayed in the Mansion as is my habit. After that I moved to Sites Hotel which has been discussed here. I normally would have moved to an apartment, but I felt like being attended to (breakfast, maid service, front desk) so I opted for this hotel.
Sites Hotel is definitely a nice place, but I had mixed results with its monger-friendliness. I registered for two people and when I checked in, I verified with them that guests were allowed with no charges (I speak perfect Spanish FWIW). My first three nights I had no problem having guests over. However the fourth night, the girl at the front desk told me it was not allowed. When I contested this, she got almost hysterical and said she was "reporting me" and that I would be charged some ridiculous fee for this.
The next day, I spoke with the other staff and they confirmed that I should have no problem having guests over. However, that night when I have another girl visit me, the same girl at the front desk has a fit again! She again says I will have to pay and even mentions calling the police (Exactly what for?)! The next day (again) I talk to other staff and they assure me that I can have guests. However, when I tell them about the idiotic girl's behavior, they are completely indifferent! This indifference frustrated me as much as the psychotic girl's lunacy.
This brings up the other place that's been mentioned here. Ibiza Hotel in Itague. I've always wanted to try this place and preferring to avoid more idiocy at Sites Hotel, I set up afternoon / evening rendezvous at Ibiza Hotel. I'm glad I did! A bit more expensive and out of the way than some of the other short-time motels I've tried in MDE. But a big step above in quality. Rooms have jacuzzis, giant beds, and excellent sex chairs. When I mentioned this place to girls, they were all enthusiastic. I will use Ibiza again, regardless of where I'm staying on my next visit.
Another note. I paid every short-time encounter at the Mansion 150 K pesos. When girls visited me at my Hotel or met me at Ibiza, I gave them 150 K + Taxi. They seemed to be happy with this and expressed a desire to see me again. Many of them I've been with on previous visits.
