Hello all,

Sorry if this has been brought up but I would like a clearer explanation about the street walking scene in Paris.

The last time I was in Paris was 2 years ago (June 2013) and I went to my 2 favorite areas for ladies: 1) Rue Saint Denis and 2) Boulevard Doumant near Port de Clichy.

At Saint Denis I found a good number of the women I like best: very mature and chubby. 1 French lady who was about 62 years old and 2 Moroccan / Algerian ladies in their early 50's. I was so happy to be in an area with mostly old women.

My other favorite spot are the vans of Maghrebine ladies near the Port de Clichy, about 10 to 12. Again it was an ideal situation for me as I love only big, mature ladies.

Here is my question:

I have plans to visit Paris at the end of May. Has Rue Saint Denis really changed? Can I still find the mature women there? Or am I wasting my time because of the new sex work laws in France?

I know that the government hasn't voted yet but I need to know if I am either wasting my time or risking my safety by going to these 2 areas.

Pimping: In France pimping has a large definition. Very large! Driving an escort, buy her food, posting a review is consider pimping. I know it sounds odd, but it is the way that my country works.

"Non assistance à personne en danger": wich means "Failure to assist a person in danger". It is another law we enjoy in France. You can be prosecuted if you spectate someone in danger and you are doing nothing at all to help her out. Only in this case and under the strict application of this law, you can help a prostitute.

P.S: the law regarding pimping is so large and so strict that the porn actress themselves are forbidden to have an agent to help her out with their career as it would be considered as pimping. Please check by yourself, or believe the native whom are living in this country for almost an half century.

Thanks,J[/QUOTE]Senate is about to vote the law the 30 and 31st of March. The client prosecution part has been withdrawn from the law project, but it might get back in during the vote. Then the law has to come back to the Assemblée Nationale (French parliament) and voted again.

Then the government has to sign the "décrets the'application" (implementing act) and the law has to be published at the "Journal Officiel" to be effective. If everything is going fast, it could be effective at the end of the summer or the beginning of the upcoming fall. The police unions are VERY reluctant with this law and it seems that the danger, if there is one, could be for the street hookers customers.

Also regarding the vans at the Boulevard de Douaumont near Port de Clichy: Do you think there will be a similar crackdown with the vans? For those who do not know this area is far away from the center and very quiet on a narrow street adjacent to Boulevard Peripherique.

But you can be her father, her brother, her husband or her boyfriend, it doesn't mean that you know her secret activities. Anyway, to be escort is not illegal in France. If a girl wants to do this activity, if it's her real choice, her relatives cannot have problems with justice if they don't receive profit from her business, or if they don't help her to do this activity.

Freedom of expression is something very important in France. Another point: you can write what you want about a girl, it doesn't mean that it's true. You can write that you saw a girl, that she sucked very well, etc. It can be fantaisies, fantasms, or fakes. Even between customers in some french forums they have doubts about some reviews. So.

Many people were prosecuted and convicted because they wrote reviews about escortgirls. The freedom of speech stops when it comes about pimping. Writing and posting a review is considered as issueing advertising and facilitating this industry by the BRP police. If you do not believe, I can write down here the nicknames whom were arrested, prosecuted and convincted and there are many of them. If you still do not believe it, I can give the personal details, in off mode, from the police officers charging to catch the pimps and they will it confirm to you live.

Have a look at the blog of Must4 ng which is silent for 52 days by now and try to know what happened to him.
