World Traveler and Others,I've had my share of experiences with Kabukicho as well. None of them are good. I have found that the whole district set up to separate the uninitiated from their money. You will find much better service at much better prices elsewhere. Do not go anywhere the touts direct you. In fact, don't even stop to talk to them because they will stick to you like glue until they wear you down. My advice is to avoid the place completely unless you just want to soak up the atmosphere. Your money will be wasted that could be much better spend elsewhere. Do your homework here or on the Tokyo Pink Guide. Know exactly what you want and what you are expected to spend. Pick out a few good places and go there.
