I was at Kokomos yesterday hanging out with some friends who live here. I had to go to SM to meet up with my wingman who had secured some chicks online and wanted me to come meet them. I asked my friend how much the trike was going to cost me. He said 100 pesos. I said man last time you told me 70 pesos and that is what the guy accepted.

I headed off and had to stop by the laundry to pick up my clothes. I went to the hotel to drop them in my room. While at the hotel, I went by the desk and asked the lady how much a trike would cost me to SM. She said 100 as well. I asked her why is it so much seeing that I only pay 80 pesos from Dau bus terminal to get to the hotel. She said because the trike drivers think everyone in this area is rich. I said so if you go out to get a trike they will tell you 100 as well? She said yes.

I didn't have the proper change so I asked her to change a 50 for me so I could have 70 pesos ready to hand the driver when I arrive at SM. I told her that I would try the 70 first and see what happens. I went outside and hopped in a trike headed to SM. Once we arrived there I handed the driver the prearranged 70 pesos as usual. He said thank you and I walked into the mall.

There is no doubt that the world is an unsafe place and money can be tight for some, but with that said the pull of sweet pussy is irresistible.

Look at this forum, many guys reporting pussy trips to countries that are very unstable, dangerous, war zones.

Last night in lots of the Bangkok gogos it was standing room only and this from a country that has no government, military rule, has had airport closures, very recent bombings, terrorist attacks etc.

The same people who are feeling the pinch and travelling on a reasonable budget are still travelling for the pussy, they just are not choosing to visit Angeles city, there must be a reason for that.

IMHO, Angeles city will have more and more bar closures until it wakes up, smells the coffee and reverts back to what made it once popular, fucking sweet young pussy at reasonable cost with no games attached.

In addition, my opinion and likely others feel girl quality has dropped it terms of looks and attitudes. The ST / LT ratio has also increased significantly.

I believe traffic picks back up around 6 am or before.[/QUOTE]For myself, I have been to AC for many years and I would say there about 3 restaurants which have great good at good prices for ME. For ME the rest are 4/10 or worse. Of course, this all depends on what one considers 'good'. I have noticed that most visitors are very happy (not me) with fried food, pizzas, pasta, pancakes, french fries, burgers and ice cream. I have noticed some more imaginative restaurants just opened in SM mall, but the prices are high in most cases.

At NAIA, before Dutierte, cameras were not wotking and if they did, pointed in the wrong direction. Now you can be sure they work and are pointing in the correct direction!!

If it is something that can be used to your advantage then maybe you can assume the cameras do not work. If it is something that you are doing that you should not be doing, then it is best to assume cameras are trained on you. In the case I talked about, if you go to the hotel reception you can see the monitors that are displaying the cameras' images in real time.

Let's assume she's a pfp gal. Someone now has her ID, can photo it, and cause some problems. It doesn't take too much imagination to see how this can be a problem for you too.

That was a nice souvenir but I disposed of them.

Does anyone know if it is common practice for a hotel to hold on to your passport during your hotel stay? I hadn't even noticed until checking out when they returned my passport. Check in was late and I was eager to hit the bars so didn't even realize. Had I realized I would of asked for my passport.

And you didn't notice your passport was missing until they handed it to you! It was probably good that they safely kept it for you.

Really no way to compare unless you say which hotel it is.

Personally I have never had a hotel request to hold my passport in Philippines.

Yes, its true, some hotels will either keep your check-in ID, or they will make a photocopy of it. However when they keep the ID, they always ask if they can keep it. I never offer my passport anymore. I keep a copy of the main page as my ID while in-country in my pants pocket at all times. I hand that to the clerk and make sure she photocopies it and hands it back to me. The passport is something I show only to Immigration personnel. Even local WU offices have stopped insisting on the original passport (they are fine now with a photocopy) when sending / receiving.

Someone reported BS is closed. A friend of a friend says it's closed for renovation. That's unfortunate because I liked the old Rolling Stones theme. It was bad enough that they were mixing Korean pop with the classic old rock. Someone should go over there and see if they can rescue any of the memorabilia. I always got a chuckle seeing this M Jagger caricature.
