But the bars need to do there part and keep the violence under control, so the government gets off there back. They can not make careless mistakes, or there will be forced to make major changes, then prices will continue to rise.
That being said Tijuana is still very cheap and very easily to travel there. You hear about guys complaining about the prices, but it real cheap compared to other destinations.

All those other places are in the middle of nowhere. There will always be guys with money to spend in Tijuana and the girls will follow it. A lot of guys have talked about the economics of zona, how guys have to keep going, and keep paying, or the girls won't leave their homes to fly to Tijuana for month of sex with 300 men.
