Colleagues,
I am in need of a removal and replacement of 2 dental implants. In the USA, it's going to cost me more than my car.
Does anyone have recommendations on a reasonable but good dental clinic in Tijuana that could save me some money?

Guys tend to grow more secured and softer with age, caring more for others in all relationships. A lots of middle-aged guys have problems raising erections unless they have enough time to build some levels of personal rapports with the girls. Sex is a lot sweeter and more satisfying if you care for your partners, they get lots of pleasures, and if they also get lots of money from you hehe.

Unless that was an uninsured Mexican dentist.

All of the above speak English and have been highly recommended. Dr. Ruiz is very good and well-respected, but his practice is pretty small and he has no web site. The other two are big corporate dentistry clinics.

One of the guys here posted he slept with 44 girls last trip. I didn't even do that when I was young. What is that guy taking. My doctor said trt can cause cancer and other side effects even if you try to get testosterone to a young person range and not abuse it. I'm concerned about what will keep me busy as I keep aging, since I'm definitely slowing down with mongering. I thought about buying a Honda ATV and jet ski to keep busy, but I'm assuming I'll tire of that too. Any suggestions to make retirement more enjoyable. Financially, I'm doing better than ever, but I feel my energy levels and spunk are almost gone.

Two chairs last time I was there (pre-covid), but looking at the site now it looks like he's expanded. He's a great guy with a great personality. I've used him several times, as have friends and family members. I have not had any implants done, so I can't speak for that.

It does list three dentists, and shows a fairly large-looking office, but I don't know. Just passing along recommendations from other Tijuana-focused forums.

Accept that you're not 20 anymore, and the dude that nailed 44 chicas was probably full of it, and now you've made his whale story YOUR problem.

Some guys swear by herbal supplements and penile enlargement devices.
Anyone doing implants should get an implant dentist. A specialist with special training. Don't settle on a vanilla dentist that does taught himself implants. From my personal experience, they actually drill a hole into my jaw. It is a pretty freaky experience that makes an extraction a walk in the park. And sometimes they got to do weird shit like build a graft if you don't have enough bone.

Assuming the report did say "44 chicas", that could be possible for a sportster. I'd be skeptical of 44 loads or nuts but 44 chicas is a possibility for a truly hardcore monger into sport fucking. In other words, he's got bankroll and his sole mission is to cover as much ground as possible. A guy like that would need to pace himself and only bust a nut every 2nd, 3rd or 4th chica depending in his fitness and virility.
