You end up opening the site andgoing through the FRs and the postings at least 3-4 times in a day. It is not only the routine that has changed, you personality also changes. As rightly said by JJ in one of his report that we play the game of Jekyl and Hyde. The productivity also takes a toll.

Mongering is something like a drug addiction that gives you the kick but than as an addiction it has negatives too. One might say that maintain a balance but than it is difficult. More you read, more you want to explore and you have more of hits and misses. Your overall personality changes, you start tell more lies and become more secretive. Like an alcoholic or a drug addict you end up spending a substantial amount of your earnings on mongering.

It is a debatable issue, has its own pro and cons, may be more of cons but you can't help it. Although it is difficult to maintain a balance but one has to do it. In the beginning I thoughtit was only in the initial phase and than you get bored and at some stage and quit. But here you don't quit, more you do, more you want to do.

I so agree with you bro, even initially I thought it is just a phase that will eventually phase out, I had briefly quit mongering for around 2 years due to personal reasons about 5 yrs back but still the habit kicked in again. I am not sure about the US visa, but it is not hard to get a PH visa, no hard rules like for UK or US, so just get for PH explicitly and do the drill instead of depending on a visa from another country.

Try looking on the Burgos st, could be a fun place, spent months there.
