As far as safety, I would not be walking around anywhere on perimeter road after dark, there has been a stream of newspaper reports of guys being robbed / killed in this area, both Europeans and Koreans.

My advice for perimeter bar hops is go early, have a couple of beers, try to find a girl and leave early, if its evening then don't walk, call the hotel car or use public transport (watch for pickpockets on jeepneys).

Want to be out at night then barhop on fields avenue, walking street would be fairly safe, the only down side in walking this area is the ladyboys, begging children and constant hawkers, but ones life should not be at risk here.

Obviously stay reasonably sober all over the phills if one is out alone at night.

The original question was which bar had the best chance to get an Eden Club experience (CIM and lesbian rimming). Note: Most girls at Eden are also on the ugly side.

It will be almost impossible to get the top notch looking girls at the mega clubs to do it.

The round trip fare between Incheon and Manila in couple of weeks is between $200 - $300. If you plan ahead and get the promo price, you can get it for under $200.

The Koreans probably pay approx between 100 K - 220 K+ Won for short time (non KTV, non business club). Philippine is still a great value (even with all the price increases) for Koreans...and Californians.
