My mongering journey started 2 years back and I had encounters with more than 50 women (all are abroad except Siri and Shashi).

I had a long discussion with a Indian doctor here and he assured me that I am safe. He also pointed out that it is way easy to get infected in India as HIV strain in India is easy to transmit from women to man.
Here are few simple ways you can be safe.
1) don't brush before the deed. Brushing and other dental hygine routines may damage your gums and will be a entry point for the virus.
3) Avoid DATY.
2) if you have any open sores or warts refrain from going with the deed.
3) Check you tool for warts, sores, I would refrain if I find even it is itchy. Most of us are uncircumcised this has higher risk that circumcised guy.
4) don't be too aggressive during the deed.
5) A pretty girl at SP is more risky than a HW indie like Siri.
6) As BK said visual examination is must. This will help you from other STIs.
7) Always use condom for every thing. Even for BJ especially if it is a girl from SP.
8) Get tested even if you think it you are safe and have no symptoms. I get tested every year and it is also cheap in India.
I am waiting for a time when we can carry our own cheap reliable test kit and check the girl for STIs before the deed. They are few here but they are expensive.
