Since my previous visit in March; I noticed last weekend that, 100 has very definitely replaced 50 as the entry level fee for many of the sex workers, at least the ones I'm inclined to target.
Of course plenty of the 'lesser lights' are still ok with accepting 50 although, invariably these are the girls I wouldn't necessarily be attracted to in an environment like Sharks or Oase. Perhaps it was time for an increase in the minimum fee anyway, after all 50 is rather light. Nonetheless a 100% price increase in any scenario is rather brutal me thinks.
However, reducing my activity over 7 hours to three x 100 sessions without a tip is not so different to four girls paying 50 + tip.

All good points KK. The proper negotiation technique will indeed depend on the circumstances, which club, etc.
I would simply add that in some cases, there is a decided downside to negotiating.
(1) Sometimes, attempting to negotiate can be viewed as an "invitation to negotiate. " If I ask a girl, "Will you do X service in the room?" The act of asking her may encourage her to counteroffer with a price for said service, whereas had we simply went to the room, oftentimes, she will render this service as part of our standard rate / standard services.
(2) Sometimes asking for DFK up front will prompt a "no" answer because she hasn't gotten to know you yet. She doesn't know if I have stinky breath yet or if she will be comfortable kissing me, so she may be inclined to say no upfront, whereas had we went to the room, it turns out she might kiss anyways in the room.
Just because I don't usually negotiate up front in Germany doesn't preclude me from further negotiating in the room, even if such negotiation doesn't involve the offer of additional cash.
I'm not saying anyone's approach is wrong. I'm simply saying that there are many factors one must consider based on their individual circumstances, taking all factors into account. Indeed, in some countries, in some situations, I am better off negotiating some things ahead of time. Just depends.
No one size fits all approach. I certainly wouldn't be so bold to say that anyone who doesn't negotiate every minute detail beforehand is a damn fool. Everyone has to find what works for them -- just as you yourself remarked below.
