That cost structure is crazy, maybe ok if you're just in town for a week.

The model to follow IMHO is JimmyBoy, who likely has more actual money money as in real cash than most of these self proclaimed high rollers but who sticks to prives, writes local reviews to get discounts, finds the best girls in the prives / clinicas, and makes appointments with them to get them early in the day.

What comes along free with such a costly entrance fee? In both Colombia Centro and Dominican republic Sosua. Girls from the low cost venue at night get dressed up with with cosmetics, heels and attend the higher end venues and charge sometimes double, triple their prices because the weekend high roller or guys easily willing to depart with money are in abundance. They may even allow someone wearing a leaf skirt as long as the leafs are stacks of hundred dollar bills (or R200 bills). Even security would let such individual enter without a patdown.
