You are asking this on the AC forum so I presume your referring to P4P girls in AC.
This is a conservative catholic Asian country where good girl 'face' is valued. Many of the girls in AC are transients i.e. they are new to bars (P4P) & don't stay long. So bearing this in mind its not surprising to find many don't, but persistence will turn up PSE girls if that is what u want.

X, Since we are posting from different time zones in different countries its not surprising that the post times are strange. I often notice that after I have posted a comment another post on the same subject turns up with an earlier post time. Good value for the price and has a good place to eat. Now the old Subic Base as some hotels that run about $90 that are nice plus casino near them. Alot to do there and see, but Olonagapo has no bars with girls. Need to be around the barrio or old Subic City for that and prices not that bad.
