Awwe man!!! I was working Friday and got out at 530pm. I didnt read this till about 8pm...LOL I had money too, so I could have gone (Tax stimulus, I plan on stimulating the TJ economy!) Dude omg I have the same type of friend! LOL wtf would you wanna gamble on a American chick when you can go to tj and get a guarantee fuck? Well kinda sucks that we missed each other, but If anything next time we could just meet at the border.

we all know that our rights, especially our fourth amendment rights, end once we cross the borders and leave the good old u.s.a. but i read recently that this amendment does not carry much weight once we return from a foreign country either. border guards have more authority than you might believe.

a couple of u.s. senators have concerns that border guards have been asking travelers returning from overseas, like tijuana to turn on and examine the contents of laptops, cell phones and digital cameras. one senator even said he wouldn't want some border guard searching his blackberry.

i heard pornography is illegal in mexico. and i wonder what some stinking tj cop would do, if during a search to seize your unspent chica money, he found naughty girly pics on your camera?

what about the sob border guard on the u.s. side? who wants to know what are you bringing back from tj. a word of advise, be carefull. the girly pictures may not be illegal on our side of the border. but a border guard could seize temporarily your camera, laptop or phone saying he is looking for **** chicas or illegal documents, i.e. terrorist realted.

i have always left my camera at home when visiting tj because i would hate to loose it in a tj search. but iv'e never had a problem. however, iv'e missed out on some great memories to share. i'm seeing more and more girly pics from tj on our site and i am tempted to start carrying my camera. but i have my concerns on both sides of the border. if possible, upload the pictures before returning.

pornography is illegal in mexico. sexy pictures of your girlfriend are not. if she is naked, it's porn. porn on your camera or computer will create problems for you in mexico if you are stopped and your shit gets tossed. they did it to me, they will do it to you if the cop is dirty and it looks like you have access to money.

if you have naked pictures of kids on your computer (or your camera) you are in deep shit. child abuse in mexico is serious business just like it is everywhere else and just like it should be everywhere. even pictures of your kids having fun in the pool can get you into trouble.

remove all pictures from your camera and your computer that could be troublesome. believe me, you don't want the hassle.

returning to the usa is a technical matter. you are not "in" the usa until the border people "admit" you and you are never "admitted" until they are done with you so technically you are not yet in the usa while you are talking to them. they can, therefore, deny you entry.

if you want to enter the usa you must submtt to their routine including the right to unreasonable search of you and your stuff. i am certain that there are asshole border guys just like there asshole cops but they have bigger fish to fry than to toss boyscout's shit.

bad guys come in all shapes and sized. they look just like you. the people that traffic illegal drugs, child porn, **** prostitution, illegal alien smugglers, all that stuff. they look just like you. so if you do or say anything that matches up with a profile then they'll pull the string and find out more about you. this of course will cost you time and cause frustration. you have no choice but to co-operate. lying to a federal officer is a felony and you could go to jail so be nice despite all the reasons why you should not be.

you know, most everyone i cross back to the states with tells the border people that "we're going to sears." fuck the long explanations, we're going to sears. they hear it thousands of times every day and they don't have the strength to argue about it because ethey have no way of knowing where we are going for reals.

i think there is a general consensus among law enforcement on both sides of the boarder that most single guys who cross over are coming here to fuck the girls in the zona norte. they might be illegally purchasing prescription drugs and street drugs. that makes them likely targets for other things that might go beyond that. since the whole idea of law enforcement is "inspection before the fact," it is not unreasonable to understand how a line of questioning can land someone under the spotlight, when several elements are present that match a description of the things bad guys do.

the number of people arrested at the border every week is staggering. many are american citizens running dope or doing other things. there are so many that law enforcement has adopted a "no more mister nice guy" policy and they treat most everyone the same -like shit.

so play the game. be clean, be sober and be straight when you hit the line. no porn on the computer, nothing illegal in your stuff. when you satisfy the criterial, you're in. make it easy on yourself, because the oness is on you to do so, not them.

-Don't bring anything with you that could get you in trouble (drugs, weapons, pictures, etc).
-Don't misbehave (get drunk, buy drugs, act crazy, etc) and give the TJ cops a reason to stop you.
-Don't try to bring things back to the USA that will get you in trouble.
-Play the game (lay low, be respectful, follow the rules, be polite).
-Be happy with what you got, not what you did not get.

I will be returning next week for my summer TJ adventure (4 trips to AB in 4 nights). I stay in SD, just across the border and and walk across the border both ways. I will be using a passport for ID to get back in. Should I have any concerns about them swiping my passport 4 nights in a row? Do they swipe your passport every time, or is it random?

Some people get their passport swiped 7 days a week because they live in TJ. It is not illegal for an American citizen to enter the United States of America from Mexico, even if he does so 30 times a day. Do not be concerned. If they ask why you are in Mexico, tell them you are here to chase the lusty latinas. They'll understand, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it.

I am think of going to Tj on July 4th. But I only have the day like between 7pm to however late they are open and I have to get on a plane July 5 th at 10 am. I was wondering if it is worth it for such a short trip. I will be flying in to San diego on July 4th early then have meetings and who knows. How far is it from Airport to Boarder crossing how long will take me to drive?

The ZN never closes but normally from 10 pm to 4 am is when the hottest chicas are working on the weekend.

It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport to San Ysidro without traffic.

The zona itself doesn't close but I think certain bars such as AB close at about 6am and re-open at 10 am. You'll be long gone by then anywas. So yeah, I suggest you take the trip. Don't forget to write about it here.

So the other day my friend told me his bro wanted to go to Rosaritos. Now every time we go to tj we talk to the cab driver and he says that Rosaritos is more of a place to go if you wanna hook up with college chicks. Have any of you been? If we go, I still plan on making a pit stop on the way back in tj. Oh by the way. I was thinking about bring my cell phone next time and taking loads of pics! I'm gonna back up my phone numbers and such before though, just in case the federales take my phone.

The line of cars at the border entering Mexico will probably be 10 miles long. I don't think it's the best time to drive to the border. Get to a state-side hotel early in the afternoon if you can, get close enough to walk. Do your homework on this one. Try to get a reservation at the hotel. If you MUST commute from San Diego, take the trolly. But I suggest you drive to your San Ysidro motel early. You'll see why when you get there.

Your schedule is tight, what about some sleep? Will you be able to enjoy it?

I don't remember there ever being a line to the border on the 4th of July. I work in the service industry, in San Diego, so I work every 4th. I do ride a motorcycle, though, so perhaps I just didn't notice riding in between everybody.

I am thinking of going to TJ Thursday night. Stay until Saturday night.

I want a cheap cheap hotel. If cheap and safe means only in SD, cool. I can walk across to TJ in the morning and be back before it's too late. Cheap meaning 20. 00.

I am going alone, 30s, latino, half mexican. Speak spanish fluently. I am heading out of el monte bus station, god willing. 17 each way on greyhound, I saw.

Any advice, please send.

During spring break its the place to be if you're not over 21. Senor Frogs is the biggest club there, but they're mostly american prices on alcohol. If you walk around that area, you'll see all the different bars that are trying to lure you in. Its best just to take a stroll and get a feel for which club/bar is good that night. Its not that long of a drive either, maybe half an hour. On the way there, there's this little town where they have AMAZING seafood for dirt cheap. You can even see the fisherman bringing in that days catch in the morning!
