Coming into town in a month. Like to stay where the action is. What hotels have clubs attached to them? Also where are the hot spots now. Been to Bats and CJs. But also looking for other options. Thanks. PM if you don't want to post is fine. Thanks.
Have been looking at a number of Airbnb apartments for an upcoming trip to Jakarta. Noticed (by accident) that some of the apartments listed had security cameras mentioned in the "things to know section" of the listing. Had never seen that before so was a bit shocked. If you read the airbnb fine print, they are only allowed to be in the public areas of the apartment. Not allowed to be anywhere were people sleep etc. My thought was that if the lounge area doesn't have a sofa bed then theoretically they could have a camera there. Now I have a very horny non P4 P friend who likes to be shagged everywhere and anywhere: lounge, balcony, you name it she wants it, so any apartment that mentions security camera is on the blacklist.
I think this totally bullshit. How can you pay good money and have a fucking spy camera in the unit. I don't care where it is. Airbnb should make notice of this a highlighted item. The unit I rented didn't disclose the camera, I just happened to spot it. I get that people are worried about security, but privacy trumps security when we are talking about inside an apartment or a hotel room. The owner could easily use such footage for blackmail or other purposes, either soon after the visit, or months in the future.
Guys,
Would anyone be so kind as to tell me whether the The Hotel Jayakarta SP on Jl. Hayam Wuruk, Gajah Mada is girl friendly? I did a search within the forum, but no joy. They seem to have a good deal right now. Even a google search did not give accurate results because of the name (google showed a bunch of hotels in the general Jayakarta area). Would appreciate any pointers here.
Thanks,
BBD.

Jayakarta is not a shariah hotel.
Appreciate your responses, thanks guys!

Guys,
Looking for a Hotel recommendation in Kelapa Gading (North Jakarta) and/or Kemayoran.
Not looking for a cheap Hotel. Prefer 4 Star but will settle for 3 Stars if it is recommended.
Good Internet service is a must.
Thanks,

You will especially like the spa somewhat, as you will the view from the bar on the top floor. The drink prices, not so much! Enjoy.

It's all pretty poor up there, so not many nice hotels. I often will stay at the Pullman in Central Park Mall which is a bit closer to the airport than the other more central places. Staying near a mall provides better food choices, a grocery store if you want buy some beer or snack food.
Another option is to stay up on the water at the resort that's close to the airport, that can be a short drive to the Kota Indah northern spots. There's a Swiss Hotel that's not bad: Swisstel Jakarta PIK Avenue.

Basically the name of the game is travel time and that's mostly driven by traffic which is worse in Central JK.

Location of hotel is short distance to fun places, walking is sometimes faster than taxis.
It's not luxurious, but rooms are large. Booking room that includes breakfast for $53 per night 2 week stay.
1 King Bed Standard City View.
Stay Longer and Save.
Total Price for Stay:
730.43 USD.
My 2 cents.
Hello, newbie question here. If you paid and you're getting a decent veggie massage, is it ok to ask for a happy ending? Or should you wait for the provider to offer it?
I keep hearing that many will do it, but I don't know if it's improper to ask for it in the wrong kind of place.
Hi,
Which hotel would you prefer? Hilton Garden Inn or Doubletree for some escort fun?
Any change in hotel policy for unmarried couples entry as an after effect of the new rule in Indo observed?

I have an upcoming stay at the new Park Hyatt. Does anyone know if this new 5/6 star hotel is guest friendly? I might be bringing back a FL for LT.
