We tend to normally ask for more than what we really want, in hopes of getting at least some of it. On rare occasions, we get all the details we ask for, and thanks to David I just did. And he did it from a few thousand miles away.

Add in round trip cab fare and you get a mid range **** in medellin. The only way to gain from going to lima chongos IMHO is by using the public transport for pennies a ride. Once you start taking cabs it is no longer a bargin.

The lesson I learned is NEVER buy a discount ticket on LAN if you think you might have the slightest chance of missing the flight. You will pay dearly.

Taxi (from miraflores) - tell the driver to go to ejecito to circuita de playas to san miguel. san miguel - go on la paz north to av insurgentes, comes out on argentina right near minka and hang a left towards la punta and your there.

Bus - anything from petit thours con ricardo palma going to facuett. does the ejecito, salaverry, carrion/pershing, la marina, faucett route.

no city involvement. even pretty fast during peak time.

Withdrew cash (didn't want to take chances with using cards in Lima)

Contacted David33, PMed a couple of Lima Expats regarding their advice for accomodation.

Settled on an apartment for the 1st 3 days then plan to move to a hotel.

Wanted to experience both the alternatives since I was not sure.

Arranged taxi to miraflores at taxilimaperu.com before I arrived 19$ (I don't know if thats expensive but I wanted to be sure of the driver and my comfort level in a new town with taxi at the middle of the night is not high.

(Renato speaks english and he responded to my emails promptly and actually called me in USA before I started)

Arrived in Lima 12 am

Simply ran to the immigration line was almost the first in it and went through it like a breeze. Tip get there early as everyone suggests I saw wait time of excess of 1 hr for some of my co passengers.

1st mistake: I checked in bags for the trip: TIP: bring only a carry on if it is a short trip.

I was fiddling around for almost 1 hr until bags finally arrived. Approached by a bunch of girls selling cell phones (thanks to the board didn't get tempted)

After that off to the customs line: dreaded Red light (it seemed like everyone was getting reds) (30 minute wait TIP: pack carefully and compactly lot of stuff fell down while repacking that I would rather have been packed carefully)

Came out: about 1000 people waiting: it is chaos outside

Honesltly I think it would have been easier to have gotten a phone in USA and put in a claro card.

Cost of cheapest phone: 79 soles (probably with 20 soles of minutes)

While you could just buy a claro card for like 15 soles or 8 soles in any store

Had to wait for the claro store to open at 11 before I could buy.

Though later did see the same ones for 85 soles at vivanda (which apparently is open 24hrs)

Now the more interesting part

Requested David to send over a chica that I had seen described on the boards. Ms. L arrived promptly on time and truly was the best GFE you could ask for.

She was smart beautiful and pretty with a tight body and the cups.

To describe the activities in detail would be tough because it was a blurr but we indulged in almost all activities that I desired with satisfaction to the core.

I was so impressed that I asked her if she could stay overnight and she agreed.

I arrived Lima around 6 am on the 10th. I had already been in contact with David33 as he was such a big help on my previous trip. I knew he would go out of his way to set me up with some NP chicas.
