Cracking down on prostitution is about money; nothing else. As we all know, Russia is a petro economy. So when the oil price is down, there is less money sloshing about, budgets get cut and the "skim" gets thinner and thinner. By the time it trickles down to the lowly Millitsia, (sorry, it's now called Policia) there's fuck all left. Raiding known Salons is one of their only source of extra income left. Believe me, they don't like it any more then we do. But hey, what's a poor working stiff to do? Shaking down the proprietor of the salon and "threatening" a raid only goes so far. My first visit two years ago was with a reall stunner who offered to go full service near the end of my 90 minutes.

5 visits since have not been so successful, so you can't expect more than the basic tantra.

I requested 90 minutes 4 hands about a year ago. It was very mechanical while the 2 girls focused on personal chit chat in Russian about their personal lives. Most disappointing.
