When you have a premium product you charge a premium price. It also keeps the clientele at a certain level.
The reason I had to laugh is mentioning centro girls and Sosua girls in the same breath as say Scandallo. These are different planets. Does anyone know the name of the charge that shows up in your bank account if you use credit card to pay at clinicas and boates? Are they discrete about it or does the name show up as "Scandallo lounge" or "Casarao"? I'm trying to avoid using my card down there as much as possible but if I run out of cash, I might have to. Someone said another option would be to use Pix so that the charges show up as a Pix transfer. I have done some research online and apparently you can send Pix via the Wise app so I might just use that. Do the clinicas and boates accept Pix as a form of payment? Also, what does the phrase "Pix incentives" mean? I've seen that phrase used quite a bit on here.

There are groups of local Asians who come early and swoop in picking up many of the young spinners. They would sit and drink for a while on the downstairs sofas and sometimes take them out for the entire night.
