When the guy gets in your face, tell him that 'there's always tomorrow' as he starts pounding in your face as his drunk buddies egg him on. I understand Pattaya is pretty much open season, I can walk up to any girl anywhere and ask if she'd like to come to my hotel, even if she's sitting with a guy having lunch. If she's not in a hotel room, she's open season.

I would never engage in this type of thing (booty snatching), and its never happened to me. We're not in "the hood", and it's just plain ungentlemanly. [/QUOTE]This was mamasan's decision (to take the girl from some other customer and hand her over to FL Hawk), and so there is a certain amount of safety that comes with that situation. It is not in the club's interest to have such fights break out. It's bad for business, it gives them a bad name, and it shows they are not running their business in an honorable way. Nor is it in their interest to leave long-term customers without their girl of choice. It makes good business sense to satisfy their loyal customers.

I think the girl, the mamasan and the bouncers all play a role in reducing the chances of such fights. I was once in a situation where I had bought a girl two LDs and the girl then tells me that the mamasan was forcing her to go with this dude who just walked in. He was an old customer, and so there was loyalty to him. I was none too happy, but nor was the girl. She pretend-cried for me a little, which silly as it seems, made me feel better. She also gave me her number and told me we could hook up the next day (I never called her though). She then left, and I gave the other dude the most almighty skunk-eye, but he did not even know what was happening. Why should he? Mamasan then walked over to me with two of her bouncers nearby and explained the situation. She offered me a whole plethora of other girls, none of whom met my taste. She then comped me the LDs. That made everything fine, in my book. All I had lost was 10 minutes of my time. Moreover, I was good with the girl and the mamasan because I had not made waves.

The next night I went in there and I got the super-star treatment. This was at the Pattaya Baccara, around 5 years ago.

It was 100% at the instigation of mamasan who explained to you what was going down, and who was magnanimous in going out of her way to make you whole. As you said, the guy didn't even know what was happening. A different situation calling for a different reaction. No, I wouldn't necessarily be happy about it, but not something to be ready to get into another monger's grill about either. In this case, it would be you against "the establishment". And "you" would lose.
