Are there any red light areas outside the CBD?

Could someone please provide some advice on the swinging scene is Sydney. Several "swingers clubs" advertise in The Daily Telegraph, two of whcih are located in Surrey Hills. When I phoned them, the receptionists advised that it was $130 for single guys to enter. A few questions:

1. Are the girls that are in these clubs prositutes, or genuine swingers who have walked off the street?

2. What happens if no girls "walk off the street" that particular night? Do you get a refund of the entry fee?

3. Do the girls then charge a separate fee for sex on top of the original entry fee?
