Found a pink salon in Imaike a while back and decided to check it out.
Prices are until 7pm 6,000 yen.
After 7pm 7,000 yen.

First off, unsure if they accept Gaijin (I am Japanese). It is located in Imaike and they have several branches in the vecinity as per the above link. The one I went to was in the basement of a building with 2 different entrances. I showed up just after 6pm and the guy asked if I wanted to order a specific girl. Being my first time there I didn't have a preference. The place was quite large and they have 2 separated rooms. When I was there they were only using 1 of them. Basic layout was the same for any blow job only establishment. Basically a cubicle with walls about waist high with a padded bench and a small table. You can practically see what happens around you. At the time it was packed. The procedure goes like this:
3 girls give you a blow job in one session. The first girl is basically your main girl and first helps remove your clothes and cleans you up. Then proceeds to give you a blow job while you can play with her pussy. After a while she stops and stands on the bench you are sitting on with her crotch at eye level and then the 2nd girl comes along and cleans you up and continues the blow job. After a while the 2nd girls leaves and the 3rd girl comes along. Continues with the blow job for a while and then stops and leaves. 4th one comes and does the same as others before her. Then your original girl comes back and finishes you off and escorts you back to the door to see you off.
This whole procedure was interesting and nothing like I had ever experienced before from other pink salon establishments. I think the place screwed up the order with me as they sent an extra girl to me. I think you are supposed to get only 3 girls total for a blow job. Also, you are not supposed to blow your load (CIM) with any of the girls except for the last round. Also, they did a service whilst I was there (got to love Japan) and that may be the reason why I got an extra girl.
No choice in drinks and they just give you some iced tea. Beer costs 300 yen.
I checked out this pink salon and they let me in because I could speak Japanese. The guy at the door did say that I needed to be able to converse in Japanese (basically to understand the girls' directions). The place opens at 6:00 pm and it's the typical dark pink salon place with high-backed seats. I had one main girl who washed me and then finished me off (she did come back to visit a few times betewen the other girls as well). I had a total of 4 - 2 older women mid-40's, and 2 younger, late 20's. They all did well and performed amazingly. In the midst of one girl's service, the music came up and the other girls went from guy to guy and stood up on the seats with their muff at eye level. Some let me lick & my original girl was pantyless so I got a snack at the why for about a minute. There were 5-6 other guys in there (I went at opening time) so I was left without a muff for the tail end of the song. I did get to watch others, though so it was great. I like to watch.
My original girl came back around and told me it was time to finish up. As she was licking all around, I told her I liked rimming so she accommodated my request cheerfully. Once I popped (CIM), she cleaned me up and got me dressed pretty quickly and then led me out the door. All told, I was in there for 35 minutes for Y6200 (because I was there between 6 and 7; cost goes up to Y7500 after 7). The place is called Cupid #1 in Japanese (12461;12517;12540;12500;12483;12488;1&21495;24215 and it's a bit out of the way. It was a 5-7 min walk from Imaike Station's Exit 1 and it's down on the basement level. There isn't much around it other than a Mahjong place on the building's 2nd floor. The link in the quote above is still good and the address to Google is 3-29-11 Uchiyama Chikusa-ku Nagoya. Good luck and check it out. I had fun and will probably repeat if I have time before business ends in Nagoya.
On a related note, I found a page for New Sky Soapland in Nakamura-ku and gave them a call. Sadly, they are not foreigner friendly, even if you're fluent in Japanese. Happy hunting and thank you to all the Sempai who have populated this thread with useful information.
