If you are foreigners of Asian descent, you can try KTVs on Ngo Van Nam, Dist 1. The street is short but there are at least 10 of them, they cater to Japanese so the girls speak some English, prices high. If you can speak Vietnamese, there are a bunch at Tran Quang Khai, also Dist 1. 13 Ly Tu Trong and 82 Vo Thi Sau are known for having beautiful girls, prices also high. For wild action but less beautiful girls, you need to go further out to Binh Thanh District. D2, Bui Dinh Tuy, No Trang Long are some of the streets but you really need to go with a local. Expect to pay 1 million and up for drinks, snack / food, and tips. It can get very expensive quickly in these places.

They're going through the usual channels (for Viet Nam) to get out, but not having much luck. It doesn't seem like this is not the typical shakedown and I don't see those four bars will opening any time soon. For whatever reason, it looks like they're going to make an example out of these people.

Eddie's right, anyone who isn't experienced in Viet Nam is better off going to another country for fun.

HCMC or Hanoi are rip off places for sex. You will waste a lot of time searching for girls, most are bad-looking with nasty attitudes. Then you will get rip off or robbed.

I had wonderful sexy times with young, good-looking, well-mannered girls in Manila, who speak excellent English, and are good companies in and out of beds. Was touring the Phil with good-looking young girls like honeymoons. They are more fun and far less mercenary than Thai girls.

It costs very little for the company for these pretty, sweet, gentle girls of the Phil, like $30-50 a day, depending on how you negotiate.

i went to 13 ly tu trong with a few friends, a very nice, clean, upscale place. the house called in their "stars" to entertain us. these girls were below average-looking compared to ktv girls in china, thailand and the phil. they look unhealthy, some even saggy and obese, and rather angry and unhappy. they were no fun. the guys knocked down a few cognac bottles at $400 each. damn. i only chipped in to pay for part of that. i didnt feel like spending big money to impress those ugly, nasty girls.

i read in this forum the bars in district 1 have been raided in the last few days, the girls arrested with their owners. this is bad news for visitors to vietnam.

I am starting to believe that Eddie is right. Benny's is still closed and the action on HBT isn't what it used to be. If I didn't have to be here for work I wouldn't come here at all. The good news is I'll be in Cebu in a week to make up for lost time. Like the sign on the Manila runway says "It's more fun in the Philippines"!

If you use "k", you are basically telling people you are new and don't know anything.

I am going to PI next month also heard some crack down at AC they closed down some of the bar, even they closed down half the bar in AC still the action is much better than HMC and girl are GFE not like the Viet girl with shitty attuide.

In general use, K means 1000 and M means million.
