The cheaper option means you want her to sit with you then proceed with negotiation. The slightly higher priced garland / flower means you want to go with her after the show is over. Then negotiate outside of club. When multiple guys choose the same girl, she decides on the winner if everybody paid the same. She can get a small commission like lady drinks anywhere else. Once she is seated with you, everything else is pretty standard. Interview. Negotiate. Pay. Bang. Tip (if service was excellent).

In short, the garland is the initial lady drink only for fashion show girls. The winner is whoever offered the highest priced drink or her choosing if everybody paid the same. If she didn't choose you, then you won't be charged for the "garland".
