USB lose interest in this board? Not a chance in hell. We all know USB 'loves' to read and post here regardless of the subject.

But seriously, USB is a well educated down to earth dude. A good friend to have and is trust worthy. Besides all that, he has acquired decent life lessons in all subjects and will read and reply to any subject.

Back to the PDA: USB, you obviously have not entered the PDA lately. Their rate is $800/night and the place is always full. They have recently renovated the entire hotels including every single room. Still not a 5-star hotel and not even a 3-star, but it's clean, comfortable and, most important, accommodating.

The walk of shame, you said? You would think that after doing it for 2 years, one might become thick-skinned to the 'shame'. But no, it gets worse. Every time I walk in with a girl, I am more and more ashamed than the previous time. It does not get better, it get more embarrassing that I look forward to the night that I return girl-less and proud of it because I took care of business at the club.

Mr. "L" commented a couple of times: "I wonder what they think we're up to when we go out". My answer was: 'I wonder what think of us when they 'know' what we are up to when we go out". I mean, think of it, we leave around 6 pm and come back around 9 or 11 with a couple of girls, different ones every night. Then on Fridays, 4 or 5 girls come over to the hotel (after their shift) and we all go out only to return at 5 AM with even more girls. Last time I had to get 2 extra rooms to accommodate all the girls we had. You still 'wonder' if they know?

Now imagine us all at the hotel restaurant having breakfast. 6 girls and 2 men. The oldest girl was probably 22 y/o and I have grey hair. I spent most of the time telling the girls to husshhhhhh. They were all hung over and giggling like little high-school girls. My "X" girl asked for beer with her breakfast.

Some do, but others just follow what we point out here in the forum....

WOWWWW! $800 pesos per night for PDA? That's approximately $73 US Dollars per night. The accomodations are not worth that price. I saw the improvements they've austensibly made to the rooms, and they are not significant whatsoever. I used to pay, probably not over one year ago, in the range of $52/night, with tax included.

They just put some brightly colored quilts, and some brightly colored art work on the walls in the rooms, that's it. Even the crappy indoor/outdoor carpet is the same...no padding underneath or anything. I think the Safi was close in price, maybe only $15-$20 more per night. But, of course, the Safi has some very pertinent limitations. However, the Saft IS actually a luxury hotel at relatively inexpensive prices. The PDA is nothing close to the Safi in comfort and luxuriousness. The Safi also has a first class restaurant as well. The other thing I dislike immensely about the PDA is that it's really, really noisy unless you get a room on the interior hallway. If you stay in a room around the perimeter of the hotel, it will keep you up all night long. I don't mind stayin up all night long if I am being adequately entertained >:-) but not when I am trying to actually sleep. The bus noise from the street will keep you totally awake until 3-4am, especially during weeknights when the busses seem to run later.

The Best Western on the South side of Madero, East of PDA several blocks, might be a better alternative to PDA for the money. It was more comfortable than PDA, quieter, etc...Of course, Carlos told me that there were problems bringing girls in there now because of the recent scandal there involving a minor provider. I should test it out again sometime just to see for sure what the status is. I believe the rate there was around $57-$58 per night last time I stayed there, last year sometime. Plus, their restaurant is significantly better than the restaurant at PDA. But, to my knowledge, they have never upgraded to wireless internet...just a couple of connected computers in the lobby.

The Fifth Avenida across the street from the Best Western is also a hotel that I've wanted to test out. They are cheaper, maybe like around $40/night, not sure. But, one time I did check out their rooms and they appear relatively clean, but possibly less comfortable, springy beds, hard uncarpeted floors, etc...I just never really wanted to step down quite that much with respect to comfort, so I've put it off. Their restaurant also seems relatively adequate as well. I remember touring the room, and the noticing that the TV is mounted on one of those wall mounted brackets, and there wasn't any desk in the room that I recall seeing. Plus, they have no internet access that I'm aware of. So, for the business traveler, they wouldn't really be adequate. That's another reason I put off trying them out. I am not necessarily one to avoid roughing it a little to save a buck. But, when it comes to needing certain amenities to conduct business, I haven't much of a choice.

I think wasted was wrong in quoting the 800 peso figure.
I saw that price on the bilboard they have at the front desk and I asked the manager "what the hell is that".
He told me that he had changed the numbers cause some provider had filled the hotel with people paying 550 pesos down from a supposedly 800 rack rate.

No, The PDA does ot compare to the Safi. Correct USB. Safe is top class and I understand it is also family owned and maybe operated (?).

The PDA renovated every single room from fresh paint, newer bathroom floors and showers, although the may have let come of construction material run into the drainage to shower floods and runs over to the outside leaving your bathroom entrance with wet carpet. But hey, I am not complaining.

Street traffic is definitely loud. Somehow when you're knocked out from the day’s activities, you will sleep through it. I do.

I will plan a long weekend soon. Let me check with work status. We have major fire drills going own with big accounts and I am on the phone 11 hours a day. Once things are more stable, I am out and down in MTY.

One of my girls got me a girl to play with. Carlos say's she's hot. I want to feel the heat and decide if I can go on.

OK, my mind is starting to shut down. Been a long couple of weeks.

Does the girl think she owns you and you are there for her and only her?

1) She gets mad at you if you buy another girls a drink or if you take another girl upstairs instead of her?

2) Still, she would not mind joining you upstairs with another girl. She may even ask for it or simply pull you up there.

What chain of events prompted your comments WastedG? Doooooo Tell. I am always interested in the specific details. And...Lord knows that the board could use an influx of detailed bar girl drama right about now. It has been months since my posting of the Angry Girl fiasco. I have been otherwise pretty happy since.

But, Carlos, with respect to treading lightly into Quicksand....better to avoid the Quicksand altogether, verdad?

WastedG, we are safer at home than we are in Monterrey. Everytime I travel to Monterrey, I realize the risks: Emotional, Health, Family, Business, Personal Goals and Ambitions, Family Time....everything seems to take a back seat to Monterrey, at least everything is arranged around eventually getting back there.

But, in spite of my apparent foolishness with these girls month to month, I am growing older and wiser. My goal is to ultimately have control of the beast, but it's slow in coming...maybe when I am ninety-five anos, assuming I live through it all :-)

i have been called a flirt..."coqueta!!!!" mostly by the "r" girl, hahaha. but, she had her chance and she blew it. she is too busy, she cut-out early on me one time when on salida, and she now has fake boobs (i like naturales, but her fakes aren't bad actually). anyway, i like her a lot still, and not for any other reasons necessarily other than i like her. oh, she is hot too, but there are a lot of hot girl options. but, personality, fun, funny, and hot are attributes that usually are not wrapped up into one little chica. but, i do not take her on salida anymore...just friends.

with respect to girls telling me they do nothing in the privados. i, of course, have one in particular that pulled that on me and it pissed me off...angry girl, of course, comes to mind.

this may be true to an extent, but i doubt it is true that they bare back too many others. the girls run a huge risk of being fired were they to contract a disease. they have weekly health checks, checks that if they test postive for something, they are out of a job.

females are much more susceptible to hiv and stds, and the chances they will catch an std are very high if they choose to "bb" too often. frankly, most of the girls working in the clubs seem like they would have little need to bareback us, or to even have sex at all with us, even if they are legitimately fond of us, even to the extent of loving us to death. with the frequency at which they engage in sex on a daily basis in the privados, i would think sex is the last thing on their minds. so, imho, for them to permit you to "bb" them is kind of sweet.

most of them will not risk it otherwise. there simply isn't usually enough time between health checks to develop a symptom of an std, and they would have to be on a constant regimen of antibotics, antibiotics that are different for a number of different stds. they would literally have to ingest at least three different antibiotics to combat most std's. so, taking the precautionary antibiotic cocktail for them, is not really practical. it is also relatively unsafe, and probably, over time, potentially ineffective if they do it continuually as a stop gag measure to avoid contracting an std from multiple partners.

i remember my girl over at el cielo was the only girl that tested postitive for something a couple of months ago. it does happen on occassion. every once in a while you will hear of girls that have lost their jobs as a result. so, most of the girls i know are pretty protective of that potential risk, and can not afford to lose their jobs for a momentary indiscretion. but, in her case, "a" girl at el cielo i mean, the fact that she caught something does not surprise me. she was an absolute nymphomaniac.

"a" girl was so much fun, sexually. being with her was like being a porn star in a movie. i suspected it would only be a matter of time before she would not be working there due to disease issues. it simply is too difficult for them, with weekly checks, to anticipate that they have a problem. plus, many stds, will continue on in the body with no symptoms for weeks on end.

that is a curious statement for them to make. i have had girls tell me that they do it for their kids, for their family, because they want to buy a house, because they want to fund a legitimate business, etc...i think in their minds, they believe their own reasoning, and they have justified their jobs in their own minds as legitimate. in most cases, when you consider the extremely low wages they would otherwise earn were they not strippers and hookers, i am not too sure i would have the strength of character to do otherwise myself were i in their shoes.

a curious subject that carlos and i have discussed a number of times is how some of the girls, because they are physically in a place of business, such as the obsession or prestige, believe that by being there, they are legitimized, and not in the same category as a hooker.

one girl comes to mind. remember the "k" girl at prestige. she once said when we were talking about prostitution, that how "being a prostitute must be an awful existence," and how she is glad she isn't one of those. the younger generation does not view their jobs as being common prostitutes. most of them view their jobs as being entertainers and hostesses. they don't seem to be able to come to the personal realization that they are actually hookers. this is a characteristic that carlos and i began to notice relatively recently in the younger generation of girls.

but, if you press them on whether their friends and family know what they do, most of them will tell you, with a definite look of worry in their eyes, that their friends and family would be totally mortified were they to find out what they do to earn a living. so, there are still just as many of them that realize they are nothing more than hookers. but, i am convinced that most of them are so screwed up, and so delusional moment to moment, that they would not really know the truth were it to hit them square in the face.

and, the important point of all this is that the girls, therefore, have an attitude toward us, as a result of their delusions, an attitude that empowers them to act very independently toward us. i have noticed a significant air of independence from the younger generation, one that suggests they do not see themselves as prostitutes, but as employees on the job. many of the girls see us as the privileged, and themselves as "professionally competant actresses," or "benovolent angels of mercy."

to many of them, they are just doing their jobs, jobs that they almost see as legitimate as working in a factory, oxxo, or wherever, except they are too embarrassed to tell anybody about it. being employed exempts them, in their own minds only of course, from any responsibility for what they do. but, they still realize the social stigma attached to it, but they've justified it in their own minds.

their delusions must somehow insulate them from the social stigma that they would apparently feel psychologically otherwise were they just freelance hookers. i also think that to many of them, the end, mucho dinero in comparison to all their peers, justifies almost anything they do. hence the statement "when you have sex, you are paying. but when i have sex, i'm getting paid. who's the smart one now?." they see themselves as smarter than their peers, regardless of the extent to which they conduct themselves immorally.

the girls place no value on their morality as long as they are performing their jobs. all their attention is based on raising themselves up in a society that is stacked against them, especially with respect to the darkness of their skin, and their ethnicity. i don't say these things to criticize any one society, or to somehow believe i am above them morally, because clearly, i am not. fact is, my personal opinion is that we "johns" are not so different from our "hookers" if we are really going to be truthful with ourselves.

the one thing that wastedg did not mention in his list of grievences, are the girls that claim the money is "no importa." i have only found one girl in mty that i might believe that about, and that is with significant skepticism even at that. i have sooooo many of them tell me the money doesn not matter, and they will go with me free. most of them are full of baloney. but, there have been a few that have delivered on their claims. but, over time, most of them decide they are in it to make money, and things eventually fall apart if you choose to make freebies a regular routine.

i must admit that i have tested a few of them, just to see if they are full of baloney or not. most of them have delivered on their claims. but, in the long run, i always try to pay them something, either in a discounted amount, or in regalos where there is some value attached to them making the effort. they are not too terribly different than legitimate girlfriends and wives in that regard.

trophies, and/or the numbers of girls we can have, etc...are our measuring stick of success. money and gifts are their measuring stick. and, that applies to hookers as well as legitimate girlfriends and wives. however, it must be said that legitimate girl friends and wives make significantly more sincere effort at actually pleasing us for legitimately felt reasons of course.

if you can find a favorite hooker that has some legitimately felt emotions for you, along with providing her with the psychologically motivating financial incentives, it's a pretty nice arrangement for those of us that take a reprieve from our everyday, routine, and otherwise relatively boring lives by visiting the clubs.

you've been called "coqueto" (coqueta aplies to girls)... but in that instance they are not using the word a flirt but as a guy that just goes for any girl.
i know cause i have been called that and many other adjectives.

this may be true to an extent, but i doubt it is true that they bare back too many others. the girls run a huge risk of being fired were they to contract a disease. they have weekly health checks, checks that if they test postive for something, they are out of a job.

most of them will not risk it otherwise. there simply isn't usually enough time between health checks to develop a symptom of an std, and they would have to be on a constant regimen of antibotics, antibiotics that are different for a number of different stds. they would literally have to ingest at least three different antibiotics to combat most std's. so, taking the precautionary antibiotic cocktail for them, is not really practical. it is also relatively unsafe, and probably, over time, potentially ineffective if they do it continuually as a stop gag measure to avoid contracting an std from multiple partners.

i remember my girl over at el cielo was the only girl that tested postitive for something a couple of months ago. it does happen on occassion. every once in a while you will hear of girls that have lost their jobs as a result. so, most of the girls i know are pretty protective of that potential risk, and can not afford to lose their jobs for a momentary indiscretion. but, in her case, "a" girl at el cielo i mean, the fact that she caught something does not surprise me. she was an absolute nymphomaniac.

but, if you press them on whether their friends and family know what they do, most of them will tell you, with a definite look of worry in their eyes, that their friends and family would be totally mortified were they to find out what they do to earn a living. so, there are still just as many of them that realize they are nothing more than hookers. but, i am convinced that most of them are so screwed up, and so delusional moment to moment, that they would not really know the truth were it to hit them square in the face.

and, the important point of all this is that the girls, therefore, have an attitude toward us, as a result of their delusions, an attitude that empowers them to act very independently toward us. i have noticed a significant air of independence from the younger generation, one that suggests they do not see themselves as prostitutes, but as employees on the job. many of the girls see us as the privileged, and themselves as "professionally competant actresses," or "benovolent angels of mercy."

to many of them, they are just doing their jobs, jobs that they almost see as legitimate as working in a factory, oxxo, or wherever, except they are too embarrassed to tell anybody about it. being employed exempts them, in their own minds only of course, from any responsibility for what they do. but, they still realize the social stigma attached to it, but they've justified it in their own minds.

their delusions must somehow insulate them from the social stigma that they would apparently feel psychologically otherwise were they just freelance hookers. i also think that to many of them, the end, mucho dinero in comparison to all their peers, justifies almost anything they do. hence the statement "when you have sex, you are paying. but when i have sex, i'm getting paid. who's the smart one now?." they see themselves as smarter than their peers, regardless of the extent to which they conduct themselves immorally.

the girls place no value on their morality as long as they are performing their jobs. all their attention is based on raising themselves up in a society that is stacked against them, especially with respect to the darkness of their skin, and their ethnicity. i don't say these things to criticize any one society, or to somehow believe i am above them morally, because clearly, i am not. fact is, my personal opinion is that we "johns" are not so different from our "hookers" if we are really going to be truthful with ourselves.

the one thing that wastedg did not mention in his list of grievences, are the girls that claim the money is "no importa." i have only found one girl in mty that i might believe that about, and that is with significant skepticism even at that. i have sooooo many of them tell me the money doesn not matter, and they will go with me free. most of them are full of baloney. but, there have been a few that have delivered on their claims. but, over time, most of them decide they are in it to make money, and things eventually fall apart if you choose to make freebies a regular routine.
