Cebu arrival and so far
Got in last evening around six-ish. Hotel opposite Uni of Southern Phils entrance. Crown Garden. So-so.
Met a hotel worker on PL and meeting later for coffee at Ayala Mall. If nothing comes of it, I'll have a look round as posts below advise.
Got approached on PL by an OK looker who's cuckold hubby can't perform just likes to watch. Wanted to come round for a six hours session (after a soft intro at coffee shop nearby at midday. As I was knackered from being up since 6 am and a 12 hour trip and got to bed at midnight, I was still wanting breakfast at 11 am so I said to her 1 pm ok. She said no, but Sunday oK. I'm off to Panglao on Sunday. Maybe try to pursue on my return to Mactan hotel, before flying out. Sent pics and vids on whatsapp. Seems like could be dodgy.
I admit its been a minute since I've been to Cebu, but I never recall girls lining up for foreigners at the terraces. PhilJoy? Others?
I wouldn't say lining up Westie.
I got lucky on the last trip and found a 26 yr old stunner on my first visit to Ayala who came back to my room every evening after she finished work.
Usually, a four-hour session and a few over-nighters for about 3 k from memory. The exact figures will be in my previous posts.
I was staying across the road at Quest, so I'd go to Ayala through the day and sometimes on the nights she went back to Davao to see her daughter.
I did get propositioned on numerous occasions, but it was by no means a conga line of FL's ready to spread their legs for a foreigner.
I was just in the right place at the right time with this one.
Are the terrace girls a decent quality?
It's been a minute but there were girls patrolling inside and around the Bo's Coffee area but they were pretty tragic.
You're saying that the girls down below are ok?
G.
I think it's hit and miss G when it comes to quality.
I've got my best results on the upper levels but have been hit-on all over the place by some tragic things as you mention.
I suppose it all depends on how desperate guys are for a FL at the right price.
They just have to make sure Jane isn't actually Javier. A few baklas were spotted in there.
Yes, there, right there, that's the reason I keep thinking that Cebu might be a worthwhile trip.
On a multitude of travel vids they say pinays jump all over the poreigners in Cebu!
It sounds so easy. Like you pretty much just stand there and they will come. There will be a line up, and all the pinays will have to take a number and wait their turn to see you.
Nothing's that easy Tom, but Cebu has delivered for me.
Keep in mind, that it's only been Cebu City in my case.
Elsewhere on the island has been very quiet indeed.
Sure, you're likely to get as many hits on Pina in Manila as you do in Cebu, but it's all to do with the population.
I've just found that the Cebu girls aren't as aggressive in the chase for your pesos, and short-time is taken out of the equation more frequently.
And they tend to have darker skin from observation, if you'd prefer that, as I personally do.
Just my experience_Phil.

This woman from Davao
Thanks for the pic. You were indeed lucky to find her. She looks good, strong, healthy, unlike most of the women population and the mix of lady boys.
Here are old pics of a few from bars and casas in Manila.
Cebu City and Davao would be worthwhile destinations for tourists and mongers.

_ Phil.
I'm not too sure about now but TGI Fridays was the place where you would see a lot of LBs. Not freelancers on the stroll but with guys taking them on dates.
Whatever floats your boat but it was strange to see old guys sitting up smiling and proud as punch with their special friend.
I'm guessing that everyone was thinking the same as me: "dude you do know, right?
Enjoy.

Looking for info
Soon I'll be flying to Cebu for a few days of wine, women, and song. I'm not planning on contacting any gals from my Rolodex, as I'm looking for some fresh blood and new experiences.
I've visited the city numerous times and am well acquainted with Mango Avenue bars, Ayala Mall pickups, streetwalkers on Juana Osmena St. , and the numerous online offerings.
One area I'm not familiar with is the low-budget Colon bar district, centered around Pelaez Street. I love the Google Maps outside photo of the Pussycat Bar, which looks tantalizingly sleazy. I'm hoping there might be an LA Cafe-style bar with freelancers down there.
I've never encountered a problem when walking around similar areas in Manila, Quezon City, and Davao late in the evening, but I'm always a bit cautious about visiting new scuzzy areas.
Any of you have any fairly recent boots-on-the-ground experience there?

Just my experience_Phil.
They sound great. I would also hope there's fewer LBs than say, the Makati area.
When you say the short-term is taken out, do you mean they typically prefer long-term, or am I misunderstanding that?
I admit its been a minute since I've been to Cebu, but I never recall girls lining up for foreigners at the terraces. PhilJoy? Others?
Personally I don't think that Cebu is better or worse than any other big city, except AC where everybody fucks for money, or Davao, where they don't.
The girls will not line up for you anywhere, except AC, Burgos, Sabang and Subic. You have to go to them, and start some stupid conversation, and see where it goes from there, nowhere, or to the bedroom.
"Excuse me, do you know where KFC is? I been looking for it allover the mall" stuff that's neutral and doesn't offend. If the answer is "do I look like a fucking info kiosk to you?" move along, you found a westerner woman, otherwise continue with other stupid stuff like:" Is Jolibee better? I never eat there? Do you want to join? Etc. Or get a phone nr for a under the cover of darkness later encounter.
But like Westie said, don't expect them to throw themselves at you.
............ therefore I decided to take a look in the Ayala mall, just for the kiks...................................................................
Observation: all the young filipino boys in their 20-30's that I saw in the mall where all fat and pale with Korean haircuts, so is not only the girls that are changing shape.
I forgot to add that the mall is now "Dog Central" everybody has a fucking small dog or two on a leash in front or behind them, and when in the restaurants, they put them up on the table, where later other unsuspecting customers will go eat. When I pointed out to the waitress, she answered: "it's natural, sir!" What the fuck?

Dogs galore indeed

What the fuck?
Yesterday in the Mall I followed a guy walking 7 (seven) small white dogs of same breed and each had a different coloured striped jacket. I don't think he was a super-specialized dog-walker.

Always those tiny toy breeds. I've seen them being wheeled around in prams or carried in special tote bags.
Always some hiso girl making a scene and desperate to be noticed.
When you say the short-term is taken out, do you mean they typically prefer long-term, or am I misunderstanding that?
I wouldn't say short-term is taken out completely. It's just that I've personally found that the Cebu girls are more likely to extend the 'transaction' compared to the typical girly hot-spots where it can be one shot fired and they get up to get dressed straight away. That's just my experience and only with freelancers _ Phil.
Shame you had to put up with that. Especially night after night.
I know Westie. It took a lot of stamina. I'm just glad we had Mondays off so I could recover.
And she stayed until the end.
That pic was taken at the Waterfront opposite Mactan before my flight out.
After many years, I'm yet to get bedroom pics with any of them. I don't know what your secret is?
A few pesos maybe? Or just natural charm?
