Safer than many towns in the U.S.
I keep trying to tell all of you. I feel much safer in Haiti than many cities in the U.S. I will be going this next month for a month. I will then return to the states for approximately 2 weeks before I go back to stay. If I worried about my safety, I surely would not go back to live. And the girls are great. They love sex and you are actually better off to stay away from the SWers. They are too commercial. I had a friend from England who found the great girl at one of the Dominican Houses. He shacked up with her for several months. Then one day he asked her why she was better in the sack when he first met her and she said that was commercial. So he ask her for a quick advertisement. The normal Haitian girls are better than the SWers because they are trying to win your heart. They know if they can win your heart, they may have a chance to get out of Haiti. Let's face it. When the ratio of girls to boys are like 7 or 8 to 1, what chance do you think they have of getting hitched with a good guy in Haiti. Don't worry just be happy between the legs of a hot Haitian babe.
Like I said too, "I have travelled alot but swore I'd never go to PAP (haha)."
I did go alone, but had arranged for others on the ground to meet me. I had a great time but it would have been very, very difficult if I did not have those connections. Hence, the idea to talk with those guys about escorting others in the future. In the end, its a couple of hundred bucks more but they are happy, I'm happy and Mr Happy is happy :)
Again, I had the guys meet me and pick me up. I have also been to Cap Haitian in the past. In the future, I'd like to explore Jacmel, Gonaives, etc. Also, don't forget that Haiti has some seriously beautiful mountains and coastlines. If PAP is the most dangerous place in Haiti, I can only imaging how friendly the other areas must be.
There is no way that you can travel to Haiti without good transportation, a working knowledge of Creole and someone on the ground and have a good time. With those factors in place, Haiti can be great. Thus it bears the question, would you pay a couple of hundred bucks more to have all those elements in place? Judging by how much you guys pay to go to some of the other places mentioned on ISG, I would say "yes". If so, Haiti is an exotic, beautiful locale with some really sweet girls.
Do they speak french only?
Hi, I speak spanish only. In your opinion could I visit Haiti? Are there enough people speaking spanish?
thanks
Sorry, I did not see this report earlier
I can tell you now. The Kinam is good but it is not girl friendly. You would have to take her in during the day and keep her there until the night if you want an all nighter. I have done that before. The El Rancho is nice and it is more Girl Friendly but I have heard of another place that is cheaper. in Petionville
Alright. Well I think I'm pretty much decided on the Kinam. From everything I see I should be able to get a room for around $80, and I've eaten at the restaurant there a number of times so I'm already familiar with it. I'd rather pay a little extra and know what I'm getting into than try to save a few bucks and roll the dice. Besides, my girl lives in Petion-ville, anyway, so it just makes it easier all around.
Thanks for your help, guys.
