Instead of using 1000-2000 NOK for Full service at a Thai parlour (which is illegal) you could instead do spend those money in a legal way and more funny way.

Simple by after the massage at the Thai Parlour (which should be without HJ). You invite that massage girl out for dinner. You spend those 1000-2000 NOK on drinks and food instead trying to seduce her. Most of them like to be taking serious. After a while you have a GF experience and can fuck her the whole night in your home for free. And if you give her satisfaction she will call you again and again.

There are strip clubs in Oslo, they typically have eastern european girls. They may or may not be available for a good time. I don't know, it's probably quite expensive.

For Thai girls, your best bet is to go to Thai massage parlors. Some will provide HJ, and some (but not many) will provide FS. For black girls you may try street hookers. There used to be and may still be some Nigerian hookers around.

I'm considering moving to Norway in the near future, but as an avid punter the local criminalization of the sex buyer is bothering me considerably. I'd be grateful if someone that is used to punting locally could take the time to answer a few questions. Here goes:

1. Is this law actually being enforced? I imagine getting it on with street walkers could be a problem, but what about with incall escorts?

2. In line with the above, how does the police actually control what goes on inside closed doors? Do they tap phones, do sting operations, or rely on third-party tips?

3. Do you have any general tips on how to stay safe? Or should I just not bother at all?

Only a couple of weeks ago there was a report on this on the largest television news programme in prime time, where TV actually followed police as they made an arrest. Of course, the poor punter's identity was hidden, but the house in which this mini-brothel was operating was easily recognizable. The punter was fined NOK 15. 000 which is about EUR 2000. It turned out to be a rather expensive lunch-break on his part. According to this news item, the police prosecuted 376 cases in Norway in 2012.

Some of the many thai massage places offer extras at very high prices, and very few of these places have attractive girls.

Its almost the same in Sweden. If you want to monger in a nordic country. Do it in Denmark. It is still legal there I think.
