I was able to get a threesome for $10 to each girl after a very short negotiation, gave each a $1 tip because I was satisfied with the service.

It does not matter if the monger is 25y/o or 50y/o (unless you look like Jabba the Hut and built like that monster--then no gals will have them even for $100 bucks)
The prices Derim posted are more or less correct as these were in line with what I would and have paid myself. Of course there will always be a slight variations as some gals may demand $2-3 more (because they know they can) but never by much. Its when people pay $10-20 more then what I had posted or recommended that I start scratching my head and wonder what happened.
Ex: Derim was spot on and obviously read my previous posts about the 3 massage brothels near the Temple Villa in SR, they will always try to tell you FS for $15-maybe $20, but as I had warned, correct price for FS is $10 only at those places and thats what Derim got.

I always post only the prices I paid myself and if its within range (+/- a few bucks) then thats the correct amount.

Thus for the most girls it's either $10-15ST/$20-25LT or $0 for sitting/sleeping alone, it's not suprising that most girls will choose the first alternative. Of course they try to get high price if possible, but they quickly agree to a going rate. You can see same behaviour in the market: tourist will be initially quoted 2-3x price for t-shirts, souvenirs etc.

It think that I was able to get good prices for following reasons:

- I learned a few words of Khmer, not much just basic words like "hello", "how much" and numbers

- I knew prices from earlier reports and sometimes I didn't even ask "how much", I just offered my price

- I told usually that I have been many times in Cambodia. Once I made a mistake and told a girl in New York hotel massage that I was for a first time in Cambodia, and she quoted me $30 for boom boom on top of $5 massage! LOL! Then I said that I just wanted a massage, and pretended to be disinterested, in about 10-15 minutes she agreed to $10 which was much reasonable.

I think it's important to give impression that you know the prices and you aren't a newbie tourist, it will save lot of time and hassle. This also applies to other countries and other bargaining situations (not just P4P).

After 6 months of delay I am here in PP.

This is my 1st Field Report so must go easy with my mistakes.

I must start by thanking you PhantomTiger2 (PT2) for all your time spent on information you had sent me. It made it very easy for me to be comfortably go around the city. Too bad no mongering members Hall of Fame on this forum. You are one worth honoring as I notice you have help many many other newbies like myself out all over this forum and never flame us for being newbies.

Arrive PP by Airasia by BKK at 830am. No delays.

Immigration was no problem. Procedure is pay $20 and 1 passport size photo. Then must wait 10-15min until officier call out your name to pick up visa at the counter. It is a big visa sticker attach to my passport page, take up one whole page.

As recommend by PT2, Walk out of airport and already have car from Flamingo Hotel waiting with sign with my name, made me feel important already. Drive to hotel very short, takes 15 min with no traffic early morning.

Check in and room was nice for the excellent price.

Go downstairs and lobby clerk helpful to recommend moto-dop outside. He tell me all day with driver is only $9 until midnight. If I want later then will be $3 more. I ask if I pay gas, answer no, driver pay gas. Driver name is Metta. Young man I say maybe 20years old.

As advised by PT2, already pick up free PP map at airport. It is the folding Canby map. Very small but good map. It have all I want to visit.

I point to Metta to places I want to visit and he takes me. His english is limited but understands mostly I say--mostly I think he understand where I point to and go. PT2, so sorry I didn't take your advice and avoid St63--I was just too bloody curious about this place, I didn't want to post this in beginning as I was very embarrass and I feel I had made a big mistake even after all the warnings from you but then decided it would be an error on my part not to further warn about the dangers of St63. So please learn from my mistake, As PT2 had warned, do not go without a knowledge guide but if you go then you are on your own and nobody to blame but yourselve if trouble happens.

Now I know why Metta drive me far to a place for girls but he knows it was a safe and honest place. From now on, I only go where he takes me to find girls. Few extra dollars in commission to him is worth it for not having to worry about my money or my life.

No longer urge to monger today so when Metta came for pick up, I went just to dinner and return to hotel for early rest.
