For example:how to pixelate videos in Adobe Premiere Elements 4?. Just type that in just about any search engine and you should be able to find what you need.

P.S Seems a bit complicated to me - I'd just take the easy route and edit out the bits where your head intrudes.

No direct flights from PI to Cambodia yet. When Cebu Pacific's hub at Clark gets established next year (hopefully), it would make sense they would add PP as a destination. But making sense and Filipino airlines do not often overlap.

As of now, you still must transit either Thailand, HK or Viet Nam to get to PP from the PI.

I have fly Cathay to Hong kong and then Dragon air to PP 2 yr ago short transit in HK.

FE: Bet that was a pricey trip as both Cathay and dragon Air are quite expensive. CERTAINLY more than double what the low cost carriers would charge if they flew the route. Cebu Pacific to HK would be cheaper, but flights to PP have always been a ripoff. ALWAYS. Ditto to Laos. Little traffic, little competition, sky high prices.

Cathay now own dragon air not sure about the cost I use my cathay millage only paid 42 usd for the tax, but even Asia Air cost over 100 USD now from BKK to PP round trip no more deal fuel cost too high .

I tried the on-line dictionaries but no dice :(

"Tagam wala ka katingod" is not a Tagalog phrase or word. However it maybe a native dialect. If it is a native Dialect it will be hard to find online for those dialects are native.

I found out what "Tagam wala ka katingod" means. In bisaya and it means "good for you u cant talk" Its a dialect in the southern parts of Philippines.

As for how secure it is, the money is "insured" by the Philippine government for between P100,000 and P200,000 (depending on the bank). IMO it would be up to you to decide how "safe/secure" your money is when insured by the Phil government.

I have an account there and another bank in the Phil. Never had a problem with money missing or the like, but for sure customer service is not up to western standards. Also it generally takes about 30 WORKING days for a deposited check to clear (even though the money is generally taken out of the other account within 3-4 days), the banks here sit on the money and make interest off of it. Wire transfers usually take between 2-5 days to clear. WHEN (if) there is a problem with a wire transfer (such as one letter spelling mistake) it can take quite a long time to clear it up and requires a trip inside to the manager to fill out mounds of paperwork before the money will be credited to your account (this happened to me on a couple of occasions with Equitable PCI [ now BDO bank).

Thanks, Dcand, but I'm not quite sure about your translation. I'm aware it's not Tagalog. As I said I tried to find the translation in online dictionaries. The phrase was used by a Davao girl.

Ask friend of mine from Davoe. Means "why you not speak" hope that helps.

I'm headed to the Phils for the first time. I have a round trip ticket purchased from SFO to Manila from Oct. 23-Nov. 10. I'm thinking of spending maybe the first two nights in Manila, then maybe three days in Puerto Galera, back to Manila for the night and then connect with a flight the next day for maybe a week in Cebu (with perhaps an excursion to Bohol, Siquijor and/ or somewhere else in that area). Then I'll probably spend the last two nights in Manila.

If anyone will be around during the time I"m in the Phils, let me know and maybe we can hang out some.

My question is: Is it advisable to buy the Manila to Cebu round trip ticket before I go to the Phils as I've heard it can be busy around Halloween. Or, in case I want to change some of my plans after I arrive, is it ok to wait until a day or two before I fly inter-island so as to maximize my flexibility? I want flexibility, but don't want to get stuck with having difficulty booking a flight from Manila to Cebu, for example. Can anyone shed some light?
