The one where the owner goes naked is about 1 km from where you describe your experience, on the side street opposite Mekong Merchant that runs down to the river.
So Diva has a change of shift around 1 pm. That's the best time to go since you can see both day and nights girls.
I also tried Zeus. Was hesitant since it's in district 1 but it wasn't that bad. 5 for the room and 5 for the girl. BBBJ only. No FS. She looked good tho. And very skilled. They let you pick the girls from pictures on an iPad. 4 girls at a time I think.

Impossible to miss.
Anyways, if you think it is a different one, no problem.

That's what I like about Thao dien. Not every girl has the same routine or even provide extra service. So you never know what's going to happen next. I am an explorer so I love surprises. Unlike established chain in d1 they all have routine checklist, every time with every girl is exactly similar. On a good day you can even have DATY. On a bad day, well at least you have a decent massage while naked.
Anyway Royal is not my favourite. Stick with Mai and Diva for more "consistent" experience.

Tama River puts it on the right street: it was the mention of being close to Spa 49 that confused me.

Had tho. Only BBBJ. Did not want to expose the bottoms. But she is skilled. Still think diva is better in terms of facility. It's cleaner and ac works better. Mai spa only had 2 girls there when I stopped by so not much to chose from.
