There are some very cheap option in Sao Paolo as well. In rio you can look at Vill Mimosa and the centro prives. In Sao Paolo, there are the "trash" areas which are buildings of hookers. $50 is possible in Sao Paulo too you just got to know where to look. It is also possible and doable all over Brazil as long as you know the language and are willing to travel to the interior.

You can have a quick fuck for $8 in a trash prive. Search for prive on the forum. I listed a bunch of them in a post a few month ago. It depends on your comfort level. On the higher end SP is not cheap, many girls across Brazil go to SP to work since they know they are earn more money.

Each time Scandallo crew voluntarily managed to bring an English-speaking employee to bridge the communication gap and resolved the issue fairly to my satisfaction. I've been to Scandallo several times over 2 separate trips, and having "worked" all over the world, Scandallo still remains one of my favorite satellite offices. I've personally found the both the talent and quality of experience second to none- though I haven't had the type of run-in you're describing. Perhaps it had something to do with the bottle service and how it affects the expectations from the girls? Forgive me but I've never done such a thing before outside of a more traditional experience in Vegas, so I'm curious about others' experiences in buying a bottle and posting up like so.
