Within 2 minutes of registering, I had 15 female visitors to my profile, despite not having a picture or any information in my profile aside from age and location.

When I was in Thailand I found that there was a large number of women who wanted a foreign boyfriend, but most wanted a foreigner because of money and not because we tend to treat women better than Thai men. Essentially I found that a lot of the Thai chicks were looking for a sponsorship deal, which IMO is not a girlfriend. There were exceptions, in other words women looking for real relationships and not benefactors, but they seemed to be most common with older ladies (30+) who had real jobs or younger ones who had jobs and would under no circumstances work in the sex trade.

Area appears rundown since I was last here. 2 years back, just has that look about it. Couple weeks back I overnighted at the 'Boom Boom' hotel. As per my experience, chicks who go into the sex trade do it for money. So they will look for a foreign boyfriend with money to "take care" of them. Chicks who make a living outside of the sex trade are looking for companionship in a man and could care less about money.
