Thanks for your help.
Manila to Angeles Bus Tip
When I fly into manila on my way to Angeles, I usually take a taxi from the airport to the Rabbit Bus Terminal near Binondo. I don't know if this is the same bus station Pantot is talking about. Its the only Philippine Rabbit station I've ever seen. From there I take the bus to Dau. This is not only more direct as you're going straight north rather than circling around via EDSA, there is usually much less traffic on this route. Bus cost is about the same, around 150, but you have to take a taxi to the Rabbit Bus Terminal, which will cost you probably 200 or 250 from the airport. Well worth it in my opinion. Faster and less traffic. You can find the terminal on Google Maps, just search for "Philippine Rabbit Bus Station" right next to the "Odeon Terminal Mall" Good luck. Have Fun.
Needed to go from NAIA to AC and back 6 or 7 times this past April, May, Aug and earlier this month. I mostly used the Public buses. Read some mention of the Philippine Rabbit, It may still have that route but you may be waiting a while. Lately would recommend the Five Star or Victory in Pasay City, they seem to make the route most frequently. You need to be specific to the NAIA taxi to each station as they are in the same general area and though technically within walking distance of each other its not such a wise area to be hauling your stuff around. The evening after the Davao bombing it took the taxi 90+ minutes to get from terminal 3 to the Pasay bus terminal, that was the longest short taxi ride of my life.

Wrong about Candy Bar, wrong about a lot of things
Wow, 8 absolute stunning girls in candy bar that could quiet easily work on Burgos st Manila.
I was at the opening of candy bar some 8-9 years ago, I have very often popped my head in there over the years with only last weekend the last time.
It would be fair to say that over my many many visits I have never seen a stunning girl in candy bar ever, have never even seen a girl pretty enough to buy a drink for there.
Just goes to show that what is one mans absolute stunner might be most other guys no thank you even for free.
Anyways glad you had a great time there, keep happy.
You don't know what you're talking about re: AC, spouting careless observations.
Forgot Grand Central, oops
Absolutely correct Fastpiston, not only every restaurant that comes up for sale is bought by a Korean but every bar too, have never seen so many Koreans in one place outside of Korea.
The guys that claim otherwise or that Koreans are not top dog have obviously never visited or have a monetary reason to claim such.
You are also correct in saying that the only bars that offer the old school western experience and have western customers are the bars in central perimeter road.
But lets be honest, The girls in these bars like Thai Hi etc have got to be some of the oldest, ugliest bar girls not only in Angeles but in the whole of the Phills, some are down right scary.
Fully agree that it won't be long before Angeles is fully owned by the Koreans, sad but so so true.
Anyways enjoy your trip Fastpiston.
Probably the best dining option on Fields proper. Again, you are spouting conjecture about the future of AC and posting shows ignorance of the present.
