Since I am only a regular member myself at the moment (used to be senior BM myself under different handle) I try to go more easy on Senior Members at least 1 time. MD is of best manager class and one time I am to blame to answer one of his first questions (which I regret). Questions answered or any recommendations only leads to a set of new questions from this sort of Manager class people. They only take take and take and gives nothing with little or no interest in actually try read a bit in dedicated threads. And being this afraid as MD can't be any fun.

The conversation will be very basic for sure, but I actually enjoyed it. We went to the mall, watched a movie and had a meal. How often do I get to date a pretty girl in my home country? When I fly into manila on my way to Angeles, I usually take a taxi from the airport to the Rabbit Bus Terminal near Binondo. I don't know if this is the same bus station Pantot is talking about. Its the only Philippine Rabbit station I've ever seen. From there I take the bus to Dau. This is not only more direct as you're going straight north rather than circling around via EDSA, there is usually much less traffic on this route. Bus cost is about the same, around 150, but you have to take a taxi to the Rabbit Bus Terminal, which will cost you probably 200 or 250 from the airport. Well worth it in my opinion. Faster and less traffic. You can find the terminal on Google Maps, just search for "Philippine Rabbit Bus Station" right next to the "Odeon Terminal Mall" Good luck. Have Fun.

I hope you have a more geneorus way in replying to someone querries, nevertheless, this forum was set on this principle, in case you feel annoyed with someone asking, may be hesistate in answering will make a better way.

I respect you're being the veteran in the Philippine forum, but if you look into mine post or others, somehow, someway we also contributed. Yes, Westie is right, I once asking some informations but I was not able to materiaze my visit to AC due to some issues of some uncertainty at the last minutes. sorry for that. In fact this time I am chossing Central Park it should also credited to westie's advise of his experience in staying that said hotel.

Yes, I am not frequent to the Philippines as you guys are, but I hope I am not only gathered some info but also try to provide report as long as I been in that place. You may look back some of my contribution in my old posting. I am not as what you guys saying I am just asking and not contributing, I guess, you don't. have such right to pinpoint this or that since all of us are just the same and not the board administrator. In case you feel you don't want to answer my questions, or details or assistance I am asking then may be just keep quite will make all of us feeling better.

This forum is set for everyone to ask and of coarse to contribute in case he has been there. But not neccessary that all planing trip will be done as planed, and that is my answer why I am not able to reply something since as I said at the end I did not push thru on my said plan.

Surely, I will report back and contribute as I used to do but I never judge anyone asking, since I don't. have that right to pinpoint or demand as what I want and what I think. For me, even just in case I am the veteran on certain place, I will just keep quite and just let thing going.

In fact the hotel stuff have been sending me some guidelines too, that is how I learned so dangerous to walk to perimeter at night. In a few years Fields will be like going to a funky little Korean town. I will say this in their defense, most K bars do not steer their dancers towards K / J only clients.

Here are a few bars I liked, Arcadia had a nice happy selection of day dancers but the night crew were rather bland. The Popcon Bar in the little alley had some nice items for 2500 peso, all friendly to the western monger. There were a few others I popped into but full of Ks and no place to sit. I did hit the deeper bars on the Perimeter that are now all K. LIA had zero talent, Roadies I could feel the negative anti western vibe while viewing the dancers. I saw one little hottie that was avoiding eye contact so I asked the waitress to have her come down. I watch as the waitress goes up on the stage to tell this little beauty the weird old guy wants to buy her her a drink. What does this little cutie do? Haha, she makes a mad dash for the door to the street. Haha, that was a first! She ran right off the stage and out the door. Besides that there was heavy K preference from most ladies. I did see 2 that were smiling at me and they were worthy of pulling down but I soon left. I thought about returning for those 2 but the vibe was a turn off. Then there is After School which is nowhere near as good as it used to be a few years ago. Only worth a cold beer and nothing more.

My best action came from The Ice Bar (1600 pesos) and then The Fire Pit which are probably western bars. The Perimeter bars spoiled me and so I was a little too picky when it came to the Fields Ave 3000 peso BFs. In general I felt I could BF 95% of the dancers in the bars but that might be a little too optimistic a number. AC is an awesome place and as long as all cummers are welcome then I'll return.

All mongers have a different opinion because they have different needs and come we come in different shapes and sizes. I guess there are a few smelly ones too so this is where the anti AC sentiment emanates from and creates the haters.

My system of mongering is perfect for AC but I have come to realize I need to return to the gym ASAP. My days in AC kicked my ass thoroughly and ended up in recovery mode my last 3 days in the PI. A big loss to spend your last nights alone in the hotel room.

Second point of which I agree w /. The BGs have a choice and when they know a customer's habits they might not want to repeat w / them. That would be the same in any service business, whether to accept repeat business.

As for my connection w / BGs, most want to repeat and I am very demanding and I fuck them long and hard. On top of this I take dozens of pics during the fucking and sucking. This absolutely cost me some repeat sessions but only w / a very few, the majority want more and they don't care about my demands. I treat them like angels and show my appreciation for their work. I think the BG in the Candy Bar is quite brainless and did what she was asked to do. No thought about options entered her mind.

Compared to what currently passes for "food" at Kokomos, Phillies and Margarita Station, Korean restaurants would be a most welcome option. At least the food (and kimchi) will be tasty. Just got to remember to brush my teeth before DFKing a chick!

There are certain guys showing up in AC with a budget of 12 USD per day with plans to set up their lairs in roach infested motels and fuck the girls for free. Does anyone seriously think that this class of sex tourist is going to sustain the sex tourism industry in AC? Americans, Aussies, Brits, and Germans are no longer willing to get into bar ownership after the period of intense raids. Bars are risky businesses with a lot of hidden overhead like protection payments and bribes. Gone are the days when old retirees arrived in AC and used their entire nest egg to buy or open up a bar.

Restaurants have a high failure rate and low profit margin. They are probably worse business endeavors than bars as it is no easy task to please such a diverse mixture of palates from North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. Success in the restaurant business will heavily depend on Filipino staff notorious for providing terrible customer service.

So, with Westerners cashing out of the AC Entertainment District it would have died without the influx of Koreans and their new money. This should be seen as something positive as many an Aussie, Brit, and American paid the ultimate price for maintaining the pussy supply line that the Koreans and Japanese enjoyed in the past before opening their own bars, some of those Western bar owners are still languishing in Flip dungeons. And, I don't see any mongers on the board volunteering to pick up the flag and keep Western-style bars open. Instead of complaining about the Koreans taking over why not band together and invest in Western-style bars? It is quite easy to do using GoFundMe and similar sites. Is anyone willing to be the point man on this and take one for the team?

The Koreans are taking all the risks now, so it is expected that they will tailor things to suit themselves. Will this mean increased prices and short-time only? Most likely! The 12-dollar guys will lament the loss of their lairs when the Koreans acquire these properties and raze them to construct more upscale accommodations. This may actually lower rates at the better hotels in AC as room capacity expands in that class.

The Korean won is keeping AC alive, so get used to paying more money to drill the same bar girls once instead of all night long and learn to love kimchi and rice. Dial back the Viagra and turn up the karaoke machine. If you cannot adjust to change then cash in your 401 K, buy a bar in AC and run it your way. Will the Koreans suffer the same fate as the Japanese who flooded into AC in the 1980's with tons of yen? Only time will tell. In the meanwhile practice shooting your load in 5 minutes or less and giving the girls a blue note and a nice pat on the butt as they exit your hotel room.
