But I have doubt, wouldn't it be hard to do the hot wax method on the testicular area (especially since the skin is pretty soft and elastic). You can try in Essentials. They will have a wax schedule but don't have Brazilian wax for men. If you can sweet talk the therapist after a couple of visits you may get. The other options are try spa inside five star hotels they also have some kind of facial and waxing services. I've taken the professional session twice there and very much satisfied. Of course, it is your option to choose either to wax or shave.
